I checked out the products on Choxi, and picked out the item that I wanted to purchase. When I received the item, it was as stated it would be, very nice! A great value for your money!
All items are good quality and affordable price with a little long delivery.
What's to describe? It went exactly the way it should have, I ordered, paid, they mailed, I received. No hassles, no delays

I've shopped 4 years with Choxi. Love their discounts. My experience with Choxi been great. They let me know when my items are being shipped and been delivery. I sometimes don't receive all the items at once, some items comes fast and some takes longer, but I do receive them.
The price was very reasonable compared to other web sites plus I received $10.00
Off and free shipping which was fast. I was supplied with a tracking number and was able to keep track of movement from ship date to arrival at my door.

I had multiple satisfactory orders with nomorerack. Items were as described, received orders within a few days.
With my recent orders, items were not as described, requiring returns, some things I'm still waiting for from orders I placed weeks ago, and other items I never received.
Customer service has been acceptable for returns and refunds, but I never had to return ANYTHING to nomorerack. I've had about 50% return/refund rate with Choxi.
I will not be ordering from them again, and I am unsubscribing.
Rarely do I enter the site without finding something that I want (or even need!). It's an easy site to shop on, interesting items, and really good prices.

I have received my full order of 3/11/16 and everything is good but, I still have not received 1 item that I ordered on 3/2/16. Very disappointed in this company. When I called almost two weeks ago I was told that they would look into it and I have not heard anything from them.
I love shopping at Choxi. Their prices are awesome, and with a flat delivery fee of $2.00, you can't beat it. However, this last time has left me a little jaded. I ordered three items, and all of them were shipped separately. One item came within the first week of ordering. The second item, I received an email about a week later, saying it had been shipped. The third item, I received an email 3 weeks later saying it had been shipped, and I received it the same day. I'm still waiting on the second items to arrive. Yes, I've written Choxi's customer service, and I'm waiting on a reply. I don't think this is really Choxi's fault, it's the supplier's fault. But, because of this, I don't think Choxi should say items will be delivered in two weeks when after three, I still don't have all my items.
Ordering from choxi is really easy.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
