Some items arrive in a week. Other items take over a mo th. Still waiting on ice cube trays and a orange peeler that were ordered on march 2nd. The items when received are usually exactly what I wanted and the customer service is exellant when you phone in. Don't even bother with the email portion however.
With my first order-Choxi promised a Free magazine, I never received it? On my next purchase I filled out the form for a free mag. AGAIN-still no Free Subscription as promised-My last Order same thing NO MAG. SUBSCRIPTION, has ever shown up! So I probably won't be ordering anything else once my next order arrives- Along with no explanation as to WHY!
I ordered a size 6 and you sent a size 5. I called customer service to exchange them and they refused because 1 of the 3 packages had been opened.
I got my product on time, and I think at a Great value! It has every thing I need in a laptop in a good looking package.
Any time I've had a problem with my merchandise, they have contacted me immediately and got the problem taken care of-which was very much appreciated.
Choxi has always given me a great experience purchasing from them. I have ordered quite a bit from them and only once have I had to wait longer for an order. Anytime I've had to write in to ask about an order, they usually answer right away.

I recently ordered 3 items from Choxi.com w/ a coupon. The price was great, however the panties I ordered took 1 month, 3 days to arrive. I wrote to complain & they didn't even offer me a coupon. Nothing. I was disappointed in their lack of customer service. I am happy w/ the quality of the items I bought.

The items that I've gotten from Choxi have been great, but the shipping at $2.00 per item seems very excessive. Why not just do a flat rate shipping by cost. I know that I would buy more.
The prices are great, the service is awesome and the delivery is really fast. Make all other stores not needed~~~~
The good is that two of the things I ordered came quickly, were of good quality, and were sold at a very good price.
The bad is that the third item I ordered three weeks ago has not even shipped yet. I realize that problems can occur, and would have not been upset if I had received an update telling me of the problem. It was only after I contacted them that I found out about the problem. JLM
I am happy with the purchases I made. Choxi always has a large selection of items to choose from.
Maybe not forever, but 2 months so far and 100-pack of AA batteries still has not shipped. I have ordered probably 10 items from the site, and this has been the only time shipping time has exceeded the 2-week promise.
Have been buying from this company for a couple of years. I have never had any problem with quility of items. I did have a problem with usage of an item I contacted customer service right away they answerd a human being not a computer. They helped me through my issues and it was me not knowing how to use the device.
I don't like the fact that my credit card is charged before the item ships. Where products are manufactured is also important. Either I missed the description or the information was never provided. The 5th Avenue Crystal Goblets were manufactured in China. A big red flag for me. I hope there's no lead in them.

Your costmer service is wright on top of solveing any issue i have had right away. Your prices and products are exlent. I have never had a issue with my credit card. Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
