I love when you have the huge boxes of Green Mt. Keurig coffee and I can use my $10 coupon making it a great price but you don't keep getting new ones for some reason.
Ordered 2 items at $5 sale. It took 2 weeks for 1 item to arrive, and I had to contact Choxi to learn the second item wasn't available.
I was impressed with the quick response when one of my items did not arrive.It showed real respect for there customers.
I had fun shopping, but I still haven't received half of my order. I won't shop again until I receive my full order. I made the order a month ago.
I recently purchased four items from three different departments. They arrived in two shipments in a timely manner and I am very pleased with all of them. Will I order again-you bet :)
The manufacturer of the sheet set I ordered, did not contact Choxi, so Choxi cancelled my order. The other part of my order didn't get shipped either. I do think Choxi acted appropriately cancelling my order, Once I called and checked on things, they got right on the task of finding out what happened and got back with me. I did get the rest of my order promptly after that. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is them not notifying me about the order cancellation I have and will keep ordering with Choxi
I receive my products but they come slowly. I am still waiting on a product from over a month ago (hidden key box) you dont get any sort of email that it is backlogged.
I have purchased many things from no more rack/ choxie and have never been disappointed. My purchase this time was no different. The earbuds and t- shirt were great.
Not so happy with my last order, because it is taking too long to be delivered.
Since so many items come from so many sources. Some things have take n weeks to arrive. This is very frustrating. I have items ordered March 3rd, 2016 that still aren't here. I need them. I am moving the 7th of this month and I will have to drive back 100 miles to retrieve them if they ever come.
The photos do not always represent the products well, but the prices are mostly good deals. 2.00 dollar shipping is a plus!
Seems to be taking longer to fill orders. Have two tablets ordered and its been over 14 days and have not seen anything that says they have been shipped.
Between shipping issues; not receiving items that went out of stock and Choxi never notifying me nor refunding me until I had to make a big issue; and this latest debacle with trying to return an item that was not as described on the site... I AM DONE with Choxi. I have received constant strife when I have had to contact them about where my items are... missing item... and needing to return apparel that was clearly not described accurately on the site. I even sent photos as proof and STILL hit a wall. Customer service is terrible! I cannot confidently make any more purchases here. There are PLENTY of other places to shop that DO VALUE THE CUSTOMER. I don't need the aggravation.
Won't order any more. Not worth the anguish for waiting so long to receive the items. And then not to receive them at all.
Item arrived in a timely manner. Dress is very pretty, good quality and fit perfectly. Always a good experience when I order from Choxi. Highly recommend.
I am always surprised at how quickly things arrive. They are always well packaged, and of course the pricing is the best.
After many attempts to ask about why an order has not been delivered, I am very disappointed in the results. An order was placed the first part of March and I still haven't received it. Received emails that the problem was solved but I have yet to see any results. I'm sure your company is very good, but I really feel I have received avery disappointing result. You thank me for my patience, i just want to thank you for my order. Is that too much to ask?. I am very disappointed in.my experience with the results of my order. I can only hope that my order will be delivered soon. In fact I think I deserve to have an extra order of the Carcinia free due to the stress I have gone through and still have no results.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
