I have made two multiple item orders. From my first order there still two items that have not been delivered yet. That is only reason why I have expressed neither satisfied or dissatisfied. Due to the fact that everything else has been delivered with no problems but there is still pending items from my first order that was purchased on March 8th.
I have purchased two handbags of different styles. The quality of each surpassed my expectations. Construction was excellent. I love them both.

I ordered an item and after two weeks and did not receive it I wrote in and was told that the manufacturer could not deliver the item. I was refunded. The item was still on sale on Choxi site and when I wrote to Choxi, I was told I could re-order it. I did I still have not heard anything about the second order. If the manufacturer is NOT ABLE TO DELIVER a product, then the item should be removed from the site. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING for us buyers.
Well i ordered a necklace with a cross for my wife. I was informed that it had been delivered. It never was and i had to contact the local post office myself to find out what happened. So far nothing has been done.The order is on it's way back to the sender. I at least expect to get a refund.
I had not bought a dress in probably 10 years and was hesitant to buy one online.
I decided it was time I took the bull by the horns and bought one. I am very happy with my purchase. The dress is lovely, the fit is perfect and you can't beat the price.

I have shopped on Choxi for years and even made friends and family customers as well. The prices are great, as well as the 3 hours of free shipping a day and the coupons sent to the VIP customers. Their customer service is phenomenal! Truly. It's easily the fastest and best customer service team I've ever dealt with, and I do a great deal of online business. My only complaint would be how slow the shipping is, but at those prices with free shipping it can easily be overlooked

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
