Most orders go smoothly and are shipped promptly.
Once in a while, as with all company's orders, there's a mistake. Choxi is very accommodating on exchanges or credits. Sometimes the item is very inexpensive and just not worth the hassle of returning.
I have not received 2 orders yet from early last month and 1 order was cancelled due to out of stock but I was never notified until I was the one who contacted Choxi.
The last few times I have ordered I have recieved great disappointment. I have yet to recieve any info on a item that was purchased over 2 weeks ago. And before that I ordered a tablet that was defected and took over a month to get a refund after veing told I would get a replacement. I use to love shopping here.
Have purchased several times and am always happy. Customer service if needed is fantastic. Will continue to use site and have recommended to others.
I never heard back about the part of my order that I did not receive yet.
I have been using Choxi for a year and a half now and only recently have I experienced issues when it comes to the vendors sponsored on the site. One of the vendors never sent my order and once contacting Choxi I learned they were unable to fulfill the order but weren't going to inform me. An order before that the item sent to me was not the same as the item described on the website and I had to return it, only to receive credit to my account and not a refund to my bank account. However, with both encounters, the Choxi team communicated with me amazingly and helped resolve my issues. I will continue to shop with Choxi for their deals and great service, I just know now that some of the vendors are unreliable.

Have placed several Choxi orders and had a great shopping experience.
I ordered something on March 1,2016 and as of March 29,2016 They still haven't sent me a tracking number. This was my fist time to order with this company. I am giving them to April 1,2016. If not received by then I will cancel and expect a full refund.
I had about 5-7 transactions with Choxi concerning a defective item return. They never once took into consideration the special circumstances I had and offered me only their way to correct it. Gave an option to spend more money out of my own pocket & reimburse it via my Choxi account which is not my I intended for them being I just left the ICU at the hospital. Needless to say not one consideration for my situation only ways to acomudate them or inconvienuence people I know. Absoutely useless.

I wanted more specifics about my order, why it's taking so long, is there a tracking number, is it on back order? I read your FAQ's and my email inquiry returned the same response to 'order status' I already knew about. I stopped shopping at Choxi for a year because of your terrible delivery service ETA. My 'Order History' does not show any kind of detail other than 'Processing'. I received my first set of luggage but never received a tracking number. Where is my 2nd set of luggage?! I was hoping your delivery service would have improved but I see it has not. I am very surprised that Choxi is still in business. If your customer base doesn't care about delivery times, not receiving tracking info, or being held in limbo as to when their items will be delivered, then you guys have a target audience. I am not part of that target audience. I expect better and I don't think I'm being unreasonable. Sorry I came back.
I received exactly what I ordered, and there were no surprises.
I have placed several orders thru Choxi over the last few months. They are like brokers and fulfil thru remote suppliers all over. Every order I have place in the last few months, 4 separate orders, never shipped and were never fulfilled. But instead of them contacting me to inform me the items are out of stock, they continue to sell them anyway and not tell the customers they don't have them. Now they want me to wait almost a week to hear back from the supplier before they'll issue a cancellation order for a refund.
My order was in February and I did not receive it until the middle of March. I feel that that was quite a long period of time.
Needed to return a defective item and requested a Return Merchandise Authorization and Return Postal Label. The first time the request went through okay, but the label wasn't received correctly. Unfortunately, it took four more times before my request for a new RMA/Postal Label was sent and received correctly. Once I got the right attachment, of course everything is going to go as it should. A simple return. Disappointed about the confusion and time it took to get my request completed as it should have been very simple, just do it for the customer.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
