I bought a colorful bedspread set from Choxi for $45, but on the very first wash following directions exactly in cold water it faded to a sad hint of its former glory. The best that Choxi could do was offer $10 in store credit. Noticed that Foxy Choxi does not have customer reviews on their site!
I ordered a tablet for my grandson's birthday on March 28, for his birthdaywhich was on April 15th ans was told it would be delivered within 10-15 business days, when I called on April 23 it hadn't even been mailed yet and told it wouldn't be mailed for at least another week, so it's gonna be over a month before my grandson gets his present and I had to go and get him another present so I didn't go to his party empty handed. When I called all I was told was, there is nothing I can do.
I place a order over three week ago state credit card went thur but haven't receive two dresses order
Purchased two items... first one came a few days after order which I was very pleased. The second item has still not been received and cannot get detail updates on when it will arrive. My order status shows "completed" and not sure why. Their statement says orders will be shipped within 10-14 days, but I am going on 30 days... and still nothing. Very disappointing, as I was wanting to purchase some luggage, but not going to take the chance of it not getting here by the time I need it (in a few months).
I am purchasing from Choxi from last two years and it is always been great to me, I get great deals as well as wonderful coupons all the time. Customer care is fantastic. It values the customer.
At first my order said it was delivered but I never received it. I texted Choxi and a immediate respond was given back to me with information about my order. I then received my order shortly after that,

I ordered some outdoor solar lights back at the beginning of March. They charged my credit card immediately. Still have not received and in fact they haven't even shipped! Trying to get them to credit back for item I never got!
Since the name change, I have not had any problem making purchases. Same quality of products and same quality service.
I have always had a good experience shopping with Choxi (formerly Nomorerack). Returns were no problem!
You buy with confidence, get certificate of security, and don't get your item, the fast shipping is for two months of wait time because what they sold, they don't have, you need to wait on somebody else to feel like shipping to you.
If you buy for a birthday present you are going to have a problem, because your item will not be there on time, try two months before the birth day, you might get lucky
Every time I have ordered anything from Choxi, I have had no problems at all, The site is easy to find items, shipping time is great. Overall very positive experiences!
I was EXTREMELY pleased with this order; this should be 5 stars. I thought it was for recent purchases. I do not understand why this is for an order over a year old.
I have used Choxi for years, before it was Choxi, and have always had outstanding service from them. Products quality is how they are described.
I've purchased a handful of items from Choxi throughout the years. Some of the items are just junky, poor quality and fall apart from the beginning like some of the handbags, clothing and toys. Other things I've found to be pretty reasonable and well-priced, like the "Chamonix" jewelry and LED light bulbs.
Not everything that was ordered was what was ordered and it has happened several times. Just to much of a hassle to try to return items.
I was happy with this delivery. Very quick and on time.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
