I ordered 3 items, paid $42, and only got 1 of the items! Very disappointed.
I ordered a couple of gifts for my sister on April 1st and a leash for our dog as well. Today is May 2nd and I am still waiting for the scarves and the leash. Every time I ask for an update they say they will send me an email when it ships. Sistets bday was 2 weks ago now and had to buy a different gift. I would cancel, but you don't refund after first few hours.
My experiences with this site has been more bad than good. The only word that comes to mind is sleazy. Something is off with this company
Great merchandise at great price. Love the discounts on shipping and Promos. Some things take longer than ship and there needs to be a better follow-up on the status on when the merchandise will ship.
I ordered two items, a rear seat pack and a 5-pack of Garcinia Cambogia. I received the seat organizer, but not the 5-pack. I sent an email and was told the 5-pack was being processed. Now it is May 2 and I still have not received it. If I don't get it by the end of this week I will file a dispute with my credit card company. I am very disappointed because I really like this site up to now.
I have purchased 3 of these with Choxi. Totally an awesome experience. Shipped fast and in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the quality and great price. Best of all, they are working like charms..
Two of the six items ordered were never shipped. However, a credit ( with an extra 25%) was given after four weeks. New purchases with credits have not been shipped as of yet.

Not got it now have I received a notification that it has shipped. They have explained why but it should not have happened.
Only thing I am concerned about is the statement they put on most electronic items which is "refurbished". They have not explained what that means and how they come to be getting so much stuff that needs to be "refurbished".
Easy ordering, Fast delivery. This is a great product. I teach kindegarden to 6th graders to use their deductive reasoning along with their gadgets to find out who did a crime. These spy glasses were the item they realized that the spy world is real. So fun for me.
Ordered some garden lights with 3 other items on April 3. Have received everything but the lights. Sent a request for update no response. Where is it? Will not order anything else until I get a response. Paid for this a month ago. Thanks for nothing.
It was okay i really wanted rug i had waited over a month and had called serveral times than the last itme i called i was finally told they could not get the rug anymore
I only ordered twice and both times items were missing from the order. The first time I complained and got the missing necklace. The second time I did not complain. The missing items were gold color earings.
I ordered 3/9/16 this is 4/27/16 I still don't have all the items I ordered---when I ask why they told me how to look for my order? I already knew that. I wanted to know where the rest of my order was and when I could expect it. I had a large order and I am waiting for the last two items. I won't be ordering from them anymore... as I don't feel they track the order closely... or they would know the status of all items from ordering to delivered.
Cheap fabric, ls, did not look like in picture...:-P very small in XL. Black & white was more a shirt rather than a dress. Pictures were enticing, but real item very disappointing

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
