I have been shopping through Choxi before it was called Choxi! I loved nomorerack and Choxi has carried on the awesome products, price, and excellent customer service. I am known in my family as the one who gets the best Home products of Towels and Sheets and Bedding! Share the Choxi experience and get rewarded! Please never overcharge because you know you are great Choxi. I love Choxi!

I have not received my sheet set or earrings. I paid cash up front on 03/30/16. Now its May perhaps you could just refund my money for poor service.
It has never taken this long. I like your merchandise but the customer service and delivery service has a lot to be desired. I would like to continue to be a customer but this may cease my purchases.
Ive had good luck shopping at Choxi and it`s getting to the point we would rather shop on line

I order 3 different things. I've only received one item. Yet when I try to check on my order, it says it is completed. There is no way for me to track where or when my other two items will be delivered. Don't like that at all.

One of the items I ordered did not work not their fault they offered a full refund very nice but not worth the effort. Another item that was ordered over a month ago is still yet to be shipped not good.
I been waiting for my order for 1 month and 1 week already. Been in touch with costumer service but no follow up at all then today just decided to do refund, costumer service said their partner fail to deliver their target but thats not a problem of the costumer specially if ur advertising 10-14 business day. I used to love shopping in nomomerack and they change to this name and i decide to try it out, its terrible, not gonna waste my time and i will stop recommending this site with my friends. Dont advertise or promise anything if you guys dont have controll of it.
Sorry to say the item I wanted the most was cancelled (company did not come thru with items), but I got the other items. Good quality. I cancelled one other item... felt I waited long enough to get it!
I placed my order on April 1st and was told I would receive my item in 10-14 days. I have still not received my order and have been told that it hasn't even been shipped. I ordered in advance to have my item before my trip on May 10th.
On April 7th placed and paid for Order #*******. Received the small item but am still waiting on the larger item: 16-Piece Set: Google Android 4.4 Cortex-A9 Quad-Core 7" Dual-Camera Tablet with Keyboard Case & Accessories - Assorted Colors. Starting to feel like I'm not going to receive this $49.00 item that I've already paid for.

I wanted 6 weeks for my order to ship and it never did... had to cancel the order.
Ordered on April 6th. 2 items on order have not been shipped. Very dissatisfied. Will not order from this site again. Would like a credit to my credit card for remaining items that have not shipped. Why do you advertise items for sale when you know they are not available for shipment?

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
