It took longer to receive than I expected. The sheets are nice, but not as "dense" as a set of sheets (that I bought at Kmart) that are also 800 thread count. Another issue is that so much of your jewelry is not made with genuine gemstones, sterling silver or 14k gold. The ones that are real can be a bit pricey, though I have purchased from Choxi some very nice jewelry at good prices.
This order was made on 3-25-16. Today's date is 5-1-16 and I still have not only not received this order but I have not received any update on status of this order. I used to be real satisfied with Nomorerack/Choxi but not any more!
Have not received part of my order from over a month ago. Can't seem to reach anyone with an email.
I bought the Comfy & Cozy Amanda Tie-Dye Sweater in all three colors. They are beautiful, comfy, and very well made. I'm pleased with everything I buy from Choxi
I have places multiple orders with Choxi. Some merchandise ships quickly, however, many items I'm stil waiting for without any communication as to when they'll ship. Some items I have never received, Communications need to be improved.
I placed an order 7 weeks ago and I still have not received my order.
When I called customer service they tell me that I can cancel my order.
I don't want to cancel, I want my stuff!
I never received 2 items. They were on different orders. After 4 weeks on one order and 5 weeks on the other, I had to contact Choxi to be issued a refund. I am still waiting for the refunds.
I will give them one more try, because I understand that things can happen with their distributors and their prices are pretty good. But if this happens again, I will not be back to shop, no matter how good the prices are.
I ordered the 3-Pack: Agiato Soft Button-Front Short Cardigans - Extended Sizes. I normally wear a size medium -- I ordered Large. They run very small and the large didn't even fit. I filled out a customer satisfaction survey -- I was emailed a Return Authorization and I sent it back -- no problems and they credited my credit card account.
Ordered 2 sets of towels and a necklace. Received the necklace but more than a month later I still have NOT received either set of bath towels even though I have emailed AND called. Was told to be patient that my order was sent out for fulfillment. Even after stating to them that according to my order history the status of my order says completed. They had absolutely no problem charging my credit card for the entire order. Just want what I ordered
Very Satisfied, All the products on Choxi are worth the money and so cheaply priced. High Quality Stuff at discount price. Would buy from again. Ships Fast Too. Thank You, Joe

Was unable to use code to get free magazine after purchase. Code wa 3nwkcfqy and everytime pc says unable to process http. Email you all and have not heard anything back for two days
I let Choxi know the camera would not charge, via email. Someone emailed me the vendors phone #. He wanted us to pay for shipping and if it wasn't a battery problem, we would have to pay to have it fixed. I was very unhappy! I called Choxi Customer Service and spoke with a very helpful young man. He sent us a RMA for the camera and gave me my money back on my credit card. I am very happy that everything turned out alright.
Choxi website is very easy to follow, and their prices are great. Check out is easy and delivery is fast.

I needed information on towels ordered - either give me refund or find the towels - I have not received either
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
