Ordered 3 items March 25th, received 1 item on the 30th. Waited another 3 1/2 weeks before another item was sentand didn't get a notice until the day before it was delivered. Now almost 45 days later and still no word on the status of my last item and the company still tells me that it takes 3-4 weeks for the distributor to send off items ordered. I'm STILL WAITING to at least get a status update or something instead of nothing at all... wtf.
Three weeks after I place my order and they take my money, the items have yet to be shipped. Won't be shopping with them again until their service improves.
Ordered what appeared to be full size earrings and got doll sized instead absolutely ridiculous
Like merchandise but it takes to long to ship. Been waiting over a month for had phones.
I inquired about an order that took more than the stated delivery time that is said on the site and when I asked could they provide me with any information on my product the representative just kept referring to what the side says about the delivery time. It took five weeks which is more more weeks than what the site says. My only problem is that they could have provided me with some type of information other than what the site says about their delivery time. And when I asked if I could get some kind of compensation for my wait they didn't offer anything.

It has been over a month and still haven't got all items.
2 out of 4 products ordered arrived quickly and in good shape. Very happy with those. The other 2 products took a bit longer to arrive and the boxes were slightly damaged. The products in the boxes appear to be ok.
These were for gifts so the damaged boxes were a little disappointing. Overall,

I am still waiting to receive items I ordered 30 and 45 days ago! Last time this kind of delay happened, I was told that my ordered items was no longer available and finally got an refund weeks later. If Choxi orders take this long, I won't order any more!
I ordered two sheet sets. It took six weeks to get one delivered and the second one could not be delivered because their delivery showed delivery was fulfilled. I also ordered a rare coin, which ended up being cancelled. Couldn't fulfill order. That's two times so I pretty sure I will not purchase from Choxi again.
I used to be a big fan of Choxi, but now almost all of my orders are going unfulfilled and they don't issue a refund but instead give you extra credit toward another order. I was ok with that for one order, but now 4 orders have ended up that way and that is unacceptable. There are still two orders from early March that I haven't heard about and expect they will also go unfulfilled. Probably won't shop there again after using up this last credit. Very disappointed.
I placed an order 1 month ago for 2 items. Received one of them in 5 days and as of today I still haven't received the other. I have emailed customer 3 times requesting delivery and I get the same answer. Waiting on someone to let them know when the item is to be shipped.
Fit beautifully, I am not one to order shoes online, but they were perfect height in heel and fit.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
