I usually have been very happy with everything I have received but my past few orders I an still waiting to receive items. I don't want to cancel my orders I just want my items and customer service is nice but are not telling me anything about how long these items will get to me or when if at all. I'm very disappointed in them.
My order for the same item was ordered twice. I never received the product. 6 weeks after I ordered I was notified that you couldn't supply. So You gave me a credit plus 25%. I can't figure why U didn't put it on my credit card balance instead of issuing it as a credit balance in your own company. I guess You wanted to make certain that I spent the funds with your company. I buy from you frequently but that seemed to make no difference.
There were watches that had 3 small dials on the face but they were for looks only they did not work
In another order there was an item (funy socks) that were not available but were published... I had to take a credit for another item to recuperate the amount that was charged to my credit card.
The order I placed included the silver anklet and a pair of earrings. I received the anklet but have yet to receive the earrings. There has been no communication regarding when I would receive the earrings.
I like being able to find innovative products that suit my purpose for a good price! Having the discount coupons is a motivator and adds value to my purchase!
After numerous e-mail contacts with Choxi to determine the status of an order that I placed with them over 8 weeks ago, all they will say is that they still have no delivery date for me and that I can cancel the order if I want to after waiting over 8 weeks for the item. After I told them that I expected more than that, especially considering that I have ordered a number of items over the past year from Choxi, they offered me a 10% discount on a future purchase which discount offer expires in one week. Very poor customer service - I doubt that my family members or I will be Choxi customers in the future.
I purchased a hose on April 6, and still have not received it. This seems like way too long to wait for delivery. It's been longer than the timeframe quoted for getting it.
I ordered the tempered glass 2 pack screen protectors for my phone, it took almost a month to receive them. The longest I've had to wait, except the order I made before this one.
Always happy with my purchases and especially the prices. Keep up the great work.
Was trying to get more information on the status of my order which was made in early March; received 1 of the 3 items ordered. The answer provided was no different than what I saw online, and to date I still have not received the other 2 items ordered or a status/apology for the delay in getting those items to me. Very disappointed & dissatisfied customer now.
I ordered some boots a few months ago and I kept waiting on them and they didn't come in. I called and I was told that you had put in some kind of request to the supplier and that I should give it a few days and someone would contact me. I waited for days and I never heard from anyone, so I called again and you told me to just cancel the order because you hadn't heard anything. I was very disappointed because I really wanted the boots. Then I got on your site and the boots were still being advertised so I ordered them again and I did receive them, but the winter was over. Also, when I was placing my order, your site had something pop up that said if I placed my order in the next 30 minutes, it would be free shipping. When the order went through, I did not get free shipping. Just not sure why you have it set up to pop up about the free shipping and then you don't give it. I did call your customer service and they said they would issue a refund for my shipping amount, but to give it a few days to show up. I waited for a long time and it never happened. I called again just recently and they said they would do it now. I have not checked to see if it has posted yet. I have just had to spend a lot of my time dealing with your customer service. Nobody has time for that.
Waiting over a month for items. I E-mailed them and was told that items that I ordered were sold out. A Rep. Stated that my money would be refunded. I shouldn't be too hard on them especially when they have other contractors fulfilling their orders. I will give them another chance, and have.
My experience was a nightmare! I sent in a large order and a couple items were shipped out quickly so I ordered more. Well, the rest of the items were 45+ days out with delivery in sight. Please don't be fooled by the site's bold promise that customer service is their main priority! I waited well past the 10-12 business days to make my first inquiry. I was told either cancel my order or keep waiting. Apparently, Choxi's motto is, "If we can't deliver, cancel!" The following week a new representative told me the same thing. Then another and another. After leaving a negative review I was contacted by their customer service department and told... Yup, you guessed it. Either cancel or keep waiting. I escalated my concerns and reached some sort of supervisor (supposedly) who continued to tow the company line of cancel or wait. They finally wore me down. Six separate reps told me to cancel and after 3 emails with the same "supervisor" I was exhausted. Now, let's see if I actually get my money back.
P.S. I found all of the items Choxi couldn't ship on Amazon for less plus as a Prime member it's ALWAYS free shipping.
I bought two EZ Jar Under-the-Counter Jar Openers.
One worked GREAT.
The other one's blades were installed backwards from the factory and is USLESS! Do not buy from this company. They are crooks. They will NOT take them back for any reason.
I placed an order over a month ago on 4/1/16. I purchased three items at the same time. I have only received one of those items. I have made two calls to Choxi and the general message was an apology and just to wait a little while longer. It has been well past the 10-14 business days they said it would talk for items to be shipped. It looks like I will have to make a third call to Choxi and get a refund because I don't think I will ever receive the items I purchased.

I asked several times for information and each time I received what could be described as a cut and paste response. I still have not received an answer. I would prefer less of a canned response and just get an answer to my question. The products are fine.
I am greatly pleased with the purchase of three different colored collars for my dogs. I live in the country and don't have a fence, the dogs love to roam at night before going to bed, but I could not see them in the dark, now with the lighted collars, I can see all three of them and keep them all in sight and I feel a lot better about letting them roam a bit before settling in for the night.
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
