After waiting a month I inquired about an unfulfilled order. Turns out the manufacturer was unable to fulfill the order so Choxi immediately refunded the money.
I RETURNED AN ITEM I GAVE AS A Christmas GIFT, I returned it via regular mail. Apparently it was not delivered. However, as a special concern I was given a full refund.
Everything came as planned and unexpectedly fast. Will continue to shop and shop.
Good products. Nice price. But... It takes waaay to long to get most products. Some are shipped from China.It would be nice if products were stocked in U.S. for quicker delivery.
The things ive recieved are good quality, what was advertised. I enjoy looking everyday.
The only thing i have a problem with is i'm still waiting for 2 dresses and 1 other item.
I reordered this ring as a gift for my sister it is very pretty but it would be more beautiful if the stone was a 1 carat peridot.
I have yet to use the product, as I am afraid I need some sort of information as to how to put them on my windows. There was no pamphlet of any kind included to tell me or show how they should be put on the windows. If you have anything that could help, I would appreciate it very much.

I have had nothing but good to say about Choxi until this past order. I placed my order on April 11th & received 1 item. Have yet to receive the other 2 items. Contacted customer service twice & just told there is a problem with the manufacturer. I really want and need these 2 items so for now, I am waiting.
I ordered four items over 4 weeks ago. I received two items. When I asked customer service about the other two items they just said to wait for my email that they have been sent. Well I'm still waiting.
It arrived in good condition and on time. Works like a charm. Happy I could get one for that price.
Choxi is very quick and efficient when you have a query or problem.
One of their vendors was very slow to fulfill my order and I was leaving the country so Choxi kindly offered to cancel that one item and refund me. I will reorder upon my return.
All of their staff are caring and professional.

Dd not receive my complete order & then when I get credit towards my purchase... I otta spend 40 dollars or more just to use my credit
This order was placed back in March and it's now May and it still hasn't even shipped. I have contacted Choxi support twice and STILL no results and not even a follow up email to see if they shipped from the manufacturer... NOTHING.
Love buying cute tank tops and knock off jewelry. Especially fun when I receive a discount toward my purchase (which of course only makes me buy more).
I ordered 4 weeks ago and still have not even heard when my items will arrive. They charged my credit card already so, they have my money but have not produced the goods. Contacted customer service and was told I could cancel my order. This is not the point, I think this is a scam because they should not advertise items that they do not have! Stay away from this company
I like knowing up front what shipping charges will be. Choxi has a varied selection which is fun to look at. Deep discounts are why I keep coming back!
I order all the time, but this time I only received some of my order, its now been over a month and I'm still waiting for my paid items, when I inquire I get standard response or asked if I want to cancel? NO I want what I ordered! I don't understand why!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
