My initial rating was dissatisfied. However, Ivy and Ron restored my confidence in Choxi. They were both very quick to respond to me and were very quick to solve the problem. It has been several weeks and I have still not received my complete order. And yes, I did contact Choxi 2 weeks ago to let them know.
I had a good experience with finding the items I was looking for and the customer service is awesome but the senders who were unable to fulfill my order made my experience a bad one especially because i was not informed about the change until I decided to inquire about my order taking so long.
I ordered from this site and was remarkably surprised when my order arrived in great shape and very quickly. You can't beat the prices either. Well done!

Ordered a tablet a month ago. I still have not received it. Customer service is of no help. They just offer to cancel the order. I would rather have my item.
Do not order from Choxi, they will charge you and never send your order, then refuse to refund your money
Choxi has my sizes in apparel. Wonderful choices in all things. The prices are competitive. Delivery is as quick that can be expected. I just like shopping with Choxi!

Choxi (formerly NoMoreRack) has awesome customer service. I had a problem, once, with my local post office, and they handled it for me. That goes above and beyond.
The products are well priced. Sometimes not quite what I expected, but always as stated on their site.
Had a small glitch with credits not being applied, but was rapidly resolved. Love Choxi!

I placed this order March 28,2016. I have not received the item.
Several times in 6 monthso the items. I paid for. Were no longer available. Totally ridiculous. I may never order from choxi and. I may pass on the information.
There have been items that I have ordered over a month ago that I still have not received and I have spent quite a bit of money with you guys and I'm disappointed in the amount of time it has taken to get my items I've ordered.
Last time I ordered something they changed my credit card month later still nothing but kept advertising item 6 weeks later item not available so they give e credits on my choxi account if they don't send anything shouldn't they refund your credit card this time ordered 4 things a few days ago still nothing no confirmation of anything shipping. Glad I'm a lawyer. For 3 years I ordered a lot of stuff never a problem but if this continues?
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
