After ordering a set of sheets a few months ago, I was thrilled with the whole process. However, I recently ordered an additional two sets and haven't received them yet! Everything that I have received has been fine, but I am still missing some of my order. It could take awhile until I get the final items, but then I will be happy with the service and products.
I bought an item on April 1 and as of May 12 it has still not shipped
I am a fairly loyal customer of Choxi. This time I ordered three items. One item I did receive and it was perfect--a present for my daughter on Mother's day. However, the two other items that I ordered have been shipped and I have heard nothing about them. I have complained to Choxi, but they have not responded.
Choxi did respond and this was resolved to my ultimate satisfaction. I am still a very happy Choxi customer! Thank you!

Why say the items are in stock when they don't have them?.
My money taken immediately out of my bank and then play the waiting game.
I waited 7 weeks for a couple items to then find out after waiting that long that choxi doesn't have them at all.
I'm still waiting for 2 items I ordered in March to arrive, after calling weekly the staff tells me to be patient and wait longer.
These items were birthday gifts that I still have planned to give even though they would be super late. I better not get another email after waiting this long that choxi does not have these items also.
I placed an order for car set covers, and they never came, so Choxi gives me a credit instead of moving the money back to my credit card. So I order other items and a month later no items again. I have contacted customer services and they are no help. I will never order from this company again.
Ordered 3 products and more than a month later received emails that 2 of them will not be shipping and the third is still in limbo. They offer compensation for my trouble of 25% of each order but only if my refund is a store credit - not refunded to my credit card. Total BS. I dont need to fund their operation, they need to get it right and put customers first.
Ordered three items from Choxi on April 19th and was immediately billed for all three, Delivery to be within 10 to 14 days, I received one small item right away but to date (a month later) have not received the other two items. Choxi support is worthless as all I get are emails telling me my order is being processed. Stay away from this company.
It has been some time now since I ordered two different items. One--BHP socks--was delivered within scheduled time. The other item still has not seen the light of day in Ohio--the Hanes underwear. Nor have I heard from the seller or Choxi regarding the status of this item.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
