Choxi appeared to be an exciting website with some great products at great prices (if you know what you are shopping for) and I jumped on the bandwagon to order. Now I'm beginning to think that some of the items that I ordered are just "come-ons" to get you interested in the site. It has been over a month since I placed the above order and still have not received three of the items ordered. I keep getting offers to cancel the order, but why would I want to do that if the products are something that I really want? This Is the same situation with some of my subsequent orders. Why would Choxi continue to do business with suppliers that can't fulfill the orders. These items are no longer on Choxi's website, so I believe they were never available in the beginning -- just "teasers" to get people to start ordering. If they can't provide the product in a timely manner, they should ship a more expensive alternative at the same price.

I was pleased with both the prices and the quality of items I've ordered so far. Good value! Most items ship really fast, but I am STILL waiting for one item to show up, and it's been way over a month.
For the first time in my life, I was given long, unclear and different instructions via email by different reps. On how to return a small package. It was the most ridiculous process I've ever experience in my entire 68 years of living.
First, they sent me a Return Label via eMail. Then they sent a Choxi address and said I was to ship it there. Second, they instructed me to write a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on a piece of paper and put it in the package to be returned. Third, I was to pay for the return, make a copy of the receipt from the USPS and the tracking number. Fourth, I was told to scan/email the receipt to them via USPS in order to receive a credit for the money I spent.
When I told them my printer was down and ask if I could mail them the receipt and tracking number for a credit, they gave me more outrageous instructions to follow. First, they told me to go to the library, make copies, and send it to them via email. Second, I was told I could go to a friends or family members home to make copies and scan/email it to them.
If I had told them that my friends and family did not have a scanner/copier, I guess they would have told me to... Go to the store and buy one! I am a sixty-eighty (68) year old Disable Senior and I told them that in the very beginning. My closest family lives in Tennessee. Furthermore, I will not be subjected to such nonsense as going on trips to a person's home or library to make copies of receipts and to scan/email receipts and tracking numbers.
Bottom line, the whole experience was a nightmare and and process was totally absurd! So, I shipped the package back using the Choxi address given in the email since they told me that the Return Address Label sent to me via email was the WRONG address to ENIVO COMMERCE. I have the receipt with the tracking number. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!
I ordered 3 ARTICLES. One if them came within a week. The other two, now 5 weeks after the order was placed, still have NOT shown up. Very sad and disappointed. There is little impetus to order from Choxi again, ever!

Nice but battery doesn't last long and shipping took very long but other then that good item for the price good quality
I ordered 3 items, received 1 item very promptly and liked the item. Remaining 2 items: after more than 4 weeks passed I was advised by customer service 1 of the items not available from supplier. The 3rd item still had no delivery time available and I chose to cancel.
I ordered a special item "new mobile pad" which never arrived. When I asked about it I was told it would arrive in 4-7 weeks. I waited. It didn't arrive. I asked again and was told that the company no longer had this item available. Very disappointed that I wasn't told this sooner.
You get some good deals with choxi, but they neglected to ever ship half my order. I will never use them again.
To date some of my orders are not filled and I have not received the refund to my account that you promised for the ones that you cannot fill, I noticed that there is only one order date, my orders were 4/21/16 and 4/22/16
Loved the set of jewelry that I recieved. Was exactly what I expected. I like the fact that they gave you measurements of each item so you knew the size you were getting. Lovely quality as well! Will buy from them again, and refer them to friends.
My family just loves these sheets... they truly are the BEST... great quality, perfect fit... and oh so soft!
I've been pleased with several items, but 5 weeks and counting is a long wait to receive something that was due withing 9-14 days. That's not to mention the item that could not be delivered due to problems(?) with the supplier, or the electronic item that didn't work. My recommendation: stick with Amazon.
Took a little while to get some items, but the situation was quickly rectified. Once I did get all of my items, I was very pleased with the quality. All of the pieces were beautiful.
Am not completely dissatisfied. Some I received as quick as two days, but as of a few week period am still getting announcements that product is shipping.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
