Bought a chain 14k gold stated it was solid. I attempted to contact by email no response. Chain was not solid, after a week or so it busted lost it. I paid $129.00 Choxi will not credit or do anything about it. I know i lost it but it was due to the fact the chain was very thin not solid as described. AM I WRONG?
Watch arrived, band separated from watch. Pin missing which holds band to watch. Choxi suggested I return watch for replacement but couldn't promise to be able to exchange for identical product.
Disappointed. Haven't yet returned for exchange.

They did not give me what was advertised. I contacted customer service several times, and they're only response was for me to return the item. The width of the curtains was incorrect on the website, and I just want the width of curtains that I paid for.
Placed order 4/21. Charge went thru 4/22. Received 1 item 4/27. Still waiting on 5/13 for rest... 4 items. I don't like anybody using my money for their purposes. Charges should be made when product is shipped.
My order was split and I was never notified. I never received the rest of my order, however, they took my money immediately.
Never had any problems with NOMORERACK. Nothing BUT problems with Choxi! Then they have the nerve to send me cons for my next purchase. If they can't fill my current order, why would they assume I would be willing to order from them again?

I'm pleased with you site and service. However I am still looking for an order I placed on 4-19. I have yet to recover the items and have been told to hang on just a bit longer, they should be shipped. Over the 21 day mark and looking to be close to a full 30 days sense placed order. I do hope I receive it soon or I will be calling for the manufacturer update on processing. Last time I had to call I was hung up on after a 15 minute hold time.
I have received some or the items I ordered but I am still waiting for some items that I ordered a month ago

I place order #******* on 4/7/2016 for 2 items; #1 blue tooth headset arrived fine, #2 Xtreme Action View HD Sport Video Camera Sunglasses still have not shipped and it has been over 5 weeks, only explanation I received was that item was very popular and 'maybe' back ordered. A second order placed on Apr 25th for total of $30 was never even confirmed or shipped. By my calculations Choxi owes me $34 refund on first order and another $30 on the second order. Don't expect any future orders or recommendations from this customer*******
Getting the orders shipped are very slow, which I have canceled orders due to slow shipping. And not knowing when orders are shipped. Needs lots of improving.

I purchased an upright grill which has worked very nicely. The price was quite reasonable- with my coupon, about $40. I recently saw the same grill advertised for $99, so I'm very happy with my purchase.
Wanted to loose some mid-area belly fat. Choxi had a great price on Forskolin which was made in the USA.
I ordered three items. I received one right away. It has been about five weeks and haven't heard a thing about my other two items being backordered or anything. Soon, I will be wanting my money back.

The value for the product was excellent but I found that the shipping of the product could be a bit better. Having to wait almost 3 weeks after you make the purchase of the product is a way to long. I actually had to send an email to Choxi before the product was even shipped.
On April 7,2016, I placed an order. It took 2.5 weeks for 1 of the items to arrive -bibs. I am still waiting fot the rest of the. Order. On contacting customer service the only information I received was that they had been processed.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
