I purchased a car vacuum and received an email that I would not received the product because the company wasn't cooperating and I order some dog nail clippers and have yet to receive them. Not sure if I'm having the same problem as I'm having with the vacuum
Not very sturdy. Post is in sections. Had to put a metal rod in it to keep it from tipping over.
The few rare times the product couldn't be delivered Choxi generously more than reimbursed me. I've tried out several new things that I would never have even thought of or considered if I hadn't checked out what they have -- and all things at such very amazing prices. Really fun - and very useful!
I have had two recent transactions where the product was not available. It took five weeks and two inquiries for me to finally get notice of the first one, and just yesterday I got an email about the second one. Not available--no longer doing business with manufacturer. Instead of giving me a refund, Choxi gave me a credit of 125% of the purchase. This is nice, but it means that I must now buy something else from them. And right now, I'm not finding anything I want from their inventory. I'd have preferred the option of choosing which way I wanted it to go.
I only received one of the many items I ordered. Where are they? Very disappointing.
I've been happy with my purchases and the price I paid. I like that they offer free shipping and discount codes on top of their great prices. I also like that if you need to contact them, you can call and actually talk to a customer service agent to help you with whatever you need!
I love the deals but I still have a problem receiving my merchandise in a timely fashion.
It has been almost a month and i have not received a product ordered. And little help from customer service, so shall i say, department of form letter.
Still waiting for the rest of my order to arrive... Very unhappy! Have sent 2 emails to customer service with NO response.
Many items I've ordered have not been delivered and we are still waiting. There is no reason given when orders are late and the only email you receive is when an order has been shipped. This tells me that many products listed for sale through Choxi are out of stock and continue to be listed for sale. That would be all right if an email was sent stating the item or items ordered are out of stock and will be shipped as soon as possible. However, no email is sent, so you wait and keep a list of items ordered, hoping all items ordered are eventually shipped and received.
Sent wrong size dog jacket. Followed directions given to return. Not been given shopping credit nor card reimbursement.
UPDATE: Issue has been resolved. Given shopping credit. I would suggest customer with issue be assigned to one company representative to resolve. I received a number
At least two orders have resulted in me sending multiple emails to receive items from my order. It would be nice if this information could be communicated (expected arrival date) through email. This has deterred me from placing additional orders, until I receive my items.
The Choxi representative was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He handled my issue efficiently.

I recently ordered something that turned out to not be available as the manufacturer "didn't meet the expectations." The compensations I received for that went above and beyond anything I would expect from an online company.
You took liberty to credit the choxi instead of putting on my way of paying which is the credit card i used to buy items, i emailed back to tell you i want refund on my way of paying the card i used not your choxi credit, so no im not happy that that would even be an offer of way to pay me back. So i do expect my refund on my card.

The advertisement of the performance of your product is insufficient. Therefore, time and effort is spent returning items that does not do their job. Please sell quality products.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
