Just awful! They take your money and string you along for months that they will someday ship your items. Big waste of time. They are blaming covid however they are clearing not shipping anything! Out of 10 items I've ordered nothing shipped. Ultimately I had to contact my bank. Stay away! Don't be fooled by their sales!
Being trying for about 3months to receive my order or refund. I have ordered before and had no problems. I saw other things I had planned to order but now I am having second thoughts about it,
On April 30 I ordered a light from jClub. My order was confirmed and approved on May 1. In late May (around the 25th) I emailed the company as my item still said it was "processing". I received a reply that due to COVID they were behind with getting items shipped but mine would be finished and shipped the first week of June. It is June 25 and my item STILL states "processing" and I have emailed the company again on June 17th but they have not answered. I am very disappointed with this company and I just would like to know why it is still taking this long to receive my order.
I have shopped on jclub.com twice now and it just gets better and better each time, now you can pay for your purchase in installments via Affirm! The ease of the jclub site, the discounted items for purchase all make for a pleasurable shopping experience!
I've ordered many items from JClub and have NEVER been disappointed! The selections are so many & top of the line merchandise. Some of the products I've seen on QVC and are so much costlier than JCLub. I look forward to my purchases because I know from past experiences that I'll not have to send it back. Good site & thank you JClub for having such a place where shopping is fun and affordable.
My problem with this site has to do with honesty and transparency. I have made several purchases over the past couple of months and have been very pleased with every purchase except one. I posted 5-star reviews of the jewelry I had posted and those reviews appeared on the site immediately and are still there. However, I also posted a 2-star review for the one item that I was extremely disappointed in and, although the review was confirmed and immediately appeared on the page, it had disappeared when I refreshed the page. That happened twice on two different days and I can't find any other negative reviews on the site, so it appears to me that all negative reviews are being automatically deleted, and I have informed them that I will no longer purchase anything from a site that obviously has something to hide.
Everything I have ordered from these folks has been backed by them! I ordered a much needed kitchen gadget that was incomplete & was to go to the company that dealt with it and they were no help and actually lied in their emails to me. JClub went above and beyond and made it right when this other company just kept my money! They refunded me since I couldn't get what I should have from the other folks. They really back what they do and what they show. So different than what you see now a days, plus they respond back to you! They are truly great to work with and I use them a lot due to their customer service!
JCLUB is fantastic. Always free shipping. More important then you might think. Especially if you on line shop a lot. Quality is the name of the game and they have it. Give JCLUB a try. I dont think you will be disappointed.

I recently contacted the customer service department and had the pleasure of speaking to a representative by the name of Samantha. Samantha went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. I recently turned 80 and I now have trouble hearing at times. Samantha was kind and patient with me, she truly reminded me that there are still great people in this world. Jclub not only has a great selection of products to choose from, but more importantly have people working for them that truly care about customers. When I thanked Samantha for her outstanding service at the end of my call, she replied back telling me that her Manager trains everyone to treat the customers with care and kindness, that at the end of the day, the most important thing is the customers happiness. What an amazing experience and what a great company.
I am very happy with Choxi, my order came in a timely fashion and it was exactly as described. So it was awesome!
I ordered something that I had just purchased and here it was less than half the price I paid. Then I also ordered one for a gift. Arrived so quickly. I think two days. Wow. I had to deal with customer service and Samantha was fantastic
I have bought several things from JClub and I always receive the items in good condition and I am satisfied with my purchase, one time I ordered 2 of something and ended up only getting one of the items and they gave me a refund with no hassle. Thanks JClub
Love the customer service I have received from my home state of New Jersey. Glad I found them online. Returns are so simple and they work with you. Love their products too.
They also get new products in all the time.
I have purchased several items that I have been very happy with. Unfortunately, I had a problem with 2 items in this last order (of several items). When I went back to the item to make sure I had read the description correctly. Evita popped up in a chat window.
Even though I had received instructions to contact *******@jclub.com if there's a problem with my order, I thought I would ask Evita if she could help me. It was all taken care of in just a few minutes. I received my emails with instructions before we finished talking.
You can't ask for anything easier than that.
I recently purchased a garment for a great sale price, but when I discovered that it had been delivered ( but quickly), to another state, I contacted customer service and Evita could not have taken care of it more quickly or been nicer, she stayed in contact until it was completely resolved. There is no better sign of a company you can trust IMHO, than the smiling, efficient, and personal customer service. JClub has my business.

I just bought 3 items and put in the code word (clock still running), but when I put in the code word, it said it was "out of date". Why is it still on the page if it isn't any good? 4/12/19
I ordered several items from jClub including aromatherapy oils, sandals, sterling silver earrings and other items. Despite one glitch which was speedily resolved, I like all the products I've ordered; nor have I had to return anything. If there's a problem with your order, customer service is most amenable to finding a solution. I'm prepping an order as we speak.
I received my order quickly. However, it was shorted 4 panels of curtains. I had ordered 8 and 4 had arrived. I called and spoke with Stephanie, and she asked me to send a picture of the label on the package, which showed that there were only 4 panels inside. I sent the picture and two days later another package arrived with the balance of the curtain panels. Not only was Stephanie, polite, friendly and ready to help but she accomplished what needed to be done very quickly. I would definitely order from J club again.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
