I really loved this website and have ordered a lot but lately twice I ordered a dress and when I received it the color of the dress was not what I ordered I just received another dress today and again it was not the color I ordered and it was damaged. I am getting very frustrated because I again like the website. Something has to be done with there manufacturers I hope they figure it out!

I ordered these dresses in a size larger than I normally take because I recently had shoulder surgery and thought they would allow me to get dressed without a lot of hassle... WRONG, they are ankle length the fabric is ok... but they are very difficult to pull on and get straightened out... I finally gave up and gave them to my daughter who wears a size 8 and they worked great for her.
On CHOXI I saw a picture/document scanner that I always wanted but was too expensive. I saw it advertised at almost half the price and KNEW right away this I was going to buy! AND I had an extra cash bonus to buy it with! Done deal. The purchasing, ordering and using my bonus cash was very simple to do even for an old man like me in today's "young" internet world. The delivery was quick and what arrived was exactly what I ordered. I recommend anyone wishing to purchase items at great prices to check CHOXI as you will find items you want at great prices, easy to order, and quick to arrive! ALWAYS check CHOXI before you make that purchase you are looking all over for, wishing for a price you can afford, because what you are looking for wishing and thinking about will soon be at your door.
Very easy ordering process, great price on the items, and shipping was pretty fast.
Items received in a timely matter. My only suggestion would be to put some kind of packing material at top of box or warn not to open with sharp object. When I opened the box, I cut into the plastic bag holding the bedspread. Fortunately, the bedspread was not damaged.
I had placed an order with choxi.com on 7-25-2016. They sent me fake tracking numbers that offered no information on anything! I contacted them through the Live Chat, they give me the run around, telling me my items will eventually be shipped, & to give it a lil' more time. Another 2 week goes by, & still nothing has been shipped! I contact them again through Live Chat, and demanded they cancel the order & to give me a full refund! This is where the nightmare really begins! After refusing their store credit, & demanding the refund goes to my credit card used for the order. They assured me the credit card used for the order will show a refund in 5-7 business days! After the 7 business days have passed & i still haven't gotten the refund, i try to contact them again, & to date,(today is 9-4-2016), they have not responded to any of my many email messages, they don't answer their phones during normal business hours, & they even disabled the Live Chat function on their website! I've now filed a complaint against them with the New York "BBB", in hopes of getting my refund, but after reading all these negative reviews about how choxicom, not only cheats their customers, but they also cheat their own vendors! I seriously doubt if i will get back anything! This site is just "SCANDALOUS & DECEITFUL", I only wished i had read their reviews before doing any business with them. I'm writing this review so others won't have to go through what i'm now going through with choxi.com... IT JUST CAN'T GET ANY WORSE THAN THIS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
I ordered 3items on May 25th. One item was received promptly. I am still waiting for the other 2 items.
Prices are great but delivery of items is crazy slow. It's been a month and I am still waiting for half of my order, as well as an item from the order almost a month prior. I do love the artwork I purchased and the price can not be beat!
I ordered two items at the same time - the notice that one item had been sent was quick and the item received quickly. The other item there was no communication at all. I checked the shipping (can take up to 10-14 days) and waited for 16 days before attempting to get an eta via the customer service email.
I never received an answer.
The item has arrived and the time between the notification that it had shipped and it's arrival was just as quick as the first item.
Items I ordered a month ago still haven't been delivered with no communication on status. Payment was taken out upon ordering.
The service was great and items orders were of good quality. I received all items within delivery time promised.
I get compliments all the time on jewelry I purchase from Choxi and will continue to shop Choxi.com as my favorite shopping site!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
