I contacted the customer service department regarding my son's tablet to see if I can drop it off at their location in Norco, CA. And they told me it has to be mailed in.And have them credit my card for the $45.00. Under the screen cover has a big scratch and it doesn't want to unlock because of it. They told me if I want to fix they were going to charge me $25.00 for a new screen and $20.00 for shipping and handling that is how much I paid for it. I would rather send it back and have them credit my card.
Choxi has great customer service and response to inquiries. If you want a higher priced item do your research on the internet to compare prices. The stated retail prices are exaggerated but if you are a savvy shopper you can get a really good bargain. I would recommend them because they are one of the most reliable and accountable websites for online shopping.

The items come in a timely manner. The great thing about this site is the low shipping cost. $2 flat rate. Very nice. Also that they often offer 3 hour windows of free shipping or entire day of free shipping... I wait for those quite often. ;)

The canvas I ordered and received was exactly as described and as it looked in the picture. The price wasn't bad either. I am a little disappointed that it took so long to ship. Not happy about that

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
