I ordered 2 things one was ok, other was a piece of junk. I had to pay to ship the piece of junk back. Then I had to wait to be ok'd for a refund, which is only store credit. So now I have to buy something else & hope it doesn't break.
Very happy with the quality of products. I will definitely keep them in mind for Christmas shopping!

I bought a couple of items and like they said they all arrived at different dates and the last one I was sent the wrong shipping info stating that my item was delivered at another state but when I contact choxi's customer service, they search it and sent me the right shipping update. I had my item delivered two days after that. I'm very satisfied the way the take matters when the customer is concerned or worried about the items bought. Would definitely buy again.

I have used choxi (no more rack) in the past and have been very pleased with the service!
Part of my purchase was damaged was told I had to return it and would not be guaranteed that it would be there to re-order. I ordered portable dog pen with carrying case. The case was damaged when it was sealed in the bag with the glue from the bag. I just wanted a new canvas case.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
