Some products are not well packaged and are not of good quality. But the customer care is great, Please improve on quality of products and make the packaging appealing.

My order arrived in good time and order. I can't imagine it being any better. The product being more satisfactory
I was very disappointed with the way my handbag was packaged. The bottom was folded over leaving a crease in the bag that cannot be removed. At the time I was not aware how evident this was as it can be seen very clearly on the bag and is very unattractive. This takes away from the overall appearance of the bag and I will not be able to use it for dress as I intended. The bag itself is beautiful and if this was not spoiling the appearance, I would have been more than happy with the purchase.
I have done my best purchases on clothes, a few housewares, great deals on bedding.
I was very please with the 4 shirts and the necklace it didn't take long for me to recieve it in the mail I will order again.

Choxi is so diverse in their product offerings that you would have to go to the Mall of America to get a better selection!

It was easy to place an order and the shipping was prompt. I was kept informed via e-mail of the status of the order. I was satisfied with product.
My 1st item I recently recieved was great, great price, fast shipping and Im very satisfied. Second item did not work, no problem, I just returned it. Shipping cost was taken out of my return credit even though Im not at fault for recieving the faulty item and believe I should not be responsible for paying the shipping to return. But I did and accepted it. Then, the most frustrating fact is that I was requiered to spend a minimum of $40 in order to use my faulty item credit of $16. Xx. This is where I decided I will no longer do business with Choxi. This is an unfair practice that I will not be a part of! Shame on you Choxi!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
