I have had mostly good experiences with Choxi, however, i only received part of my last order and am still waiting for it to arrive. It has been over a month since it was ordered.
I didn't care for the long wait, I order the items for a function that I had to get something else to replace it, it came to late. Other than that I love the colors and the fit, will be ordering more.
Never had a problem receiving what i ordered w/NOMORE RACK... BUT, SINCE Choxi took over i've had several non-delivers of product that i paid for,... some deliveries are very late in arriving if at all... makes me leary about ordering from the site... i still like some of the deals... but, now if i order i have to wait until i get delivery of all my items, before i order again... losing money because of non-delivery... trying to save money... is not good...
I have ordered electronics as well as a few different health & wellness products from Choxi. If you take advantage of their free shipping offers and VIP credit deals, you can really save a bundle. I have also gotten three different magazine subscriptions for free as a bonus on my order.
My only criticism is relating to shipping. About half the items I purchased arrived within a reasonable time (1-2 weeks). But others have taken considerably longer. In fact, I am still waiting for three items that were ordered about one month ago.
I have 7 items in outstanding orders from May, June 3, June 6, and June 10. It normally takes just a few days for other companies to process orders. They sent me a reply to my questions but that is all they have done. I am not going to order anything else from them until I get all my items.
I have enjoyed the products that I ordered from Choxi. It would be nice if you had a return policy for clothes cause sometimes it is hard to order the right size.
Shopping for cardigans - disasterous - until I went to Choxi - got a three-pack for less than the price of one(s) I had already returned from other sites - the fabric is excellent as is the construction.
Although I had to follow up with Customer Service a couple of times, they did give me the end result that I waned; the credit for my return, that I sent as promised. USPS showed their office accepted the pkg by an individual, but their office did not show the pkg recorded. Lesson learned; always use their return label, not Priority Mail, with tracking!
Didn't receive all my order & it's been over a month!
My first order of bedroom sheets was never delivered and after five weeks cancelled, credit was transferred to a new order of a watch which was delivered promptly and two pair of mens shorts which have not been delivered after almost 30 days. I also placed another order for just one set of bed sheets and after two weeks I do not have any confirmation of delivery. They seem to have a very hard time delivering what they advertise.
Great product. Great price. I am absolutely enjoying my Samsung headset. It works great. I haven't taken it off yet!
Ordered an item on May 2,2016 I I still haven't recv'do a tracking number. I do want this item I just want to know where the heck it is. Please look into it for me. I have been very patient and would LOVE to receive the item.

I usually LOVE Choxi, this time, I was disappointed. I ordered and paid for a black pair of shoes, and then was later told they were out of stock. The blue pair came quickly and they are great! The solar charger that I ordered and paid for has still not arrived and it has almost been a month.
I ordered a set of queen sheets, I never received them, I will not order again as I paid for them and still don't have them
I think it is crazy to pay for shipping on all items especially when the item is $5.00 my shipping cost is almost as much as my purchase. If this does not change or if I can't get free shipping on a certain amount spent I will stop ordering.
Item ordered over three weeks ago and has not shipped. Choxi customer service just gives a boiler plate response. Even a phone call did not help. They will not call or contact their supplier for status. This is totally unacceptable. We have purchased a number of items from them and never had any problem. There will be no problem in the future, because we will not order from them again. Too many other discount places on the web to put up with poor customer service!
I have had limited success with Choxi, got some good products at decent prices, but seems they don't do there homework when they list products. Last year I bought some usb car chargers, out of three 2 didn't work, I was informed that I could only return them if I had the originally box, hmmmmmm news to me, who keeps boxes from everything they purchase. So after threatening them they returned my money.
So now again, I bought these outdoor solar Lantern's, looked nice, received them, one look and I could see they were junkie cheap offshore stuff. But giving the benefit of the doubt I hung them in my back yard, Out of the 5 I bought only one worked. Here I go again, but and this is a big but I kept the boxes. So now I wait for the RMA to send them back. Just beware of what you buy on that Choxi site
I have never had any problems until the name switched to Choxi.com. I ordered many things and most of the electronics I've had to return because they never worked or it was used. I ordered chargers and I had to return them because they did not charge. I ordered a grill and it was used and wiped off. I had to return that. Now I ordered a Bluetooth head set on 4/20/2016 and it did not shipped until 5/24/2016. I emailed on 5/9/2016@ 11:23am to Choxi.com about my problem and wanted to know the status on my ordered I placed on 4/20/2016. I asked for a full refund and NOT STORE CREDIT. I haven't received any feedback for some reason. On 5/17/2016 I emailed again requesting for my full refund & NOT IN STORE CREDITS because my order was not tracked and I am still waiting on my order that it was not been shipped. I let them know that this is my second time emailing about this product. I received an email from Vernon stating that they apologize for the inconvenience but my order is still being processed and will be shipped out soon. Lovely D emailed me (from the first time)and said thank you for my patience but and gave me a list of how to check my order and that it will be shipped 2 to 3 weeks from order date (This was the third week of my order). I received a third email from Angel on 5/20/2016 where they have received feedback from the manufacture and my product is being shipped. When I received my product the lights just flashed. I charged it all day and it did not charge. I called Choxi because I was too upset to email and they said they refund me $2.11 which on my bank account it was only $2.10 refunded. I don't know where they got the one cent from. SO I called and spoke to Jackie and she stated that there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to her supervisor (Gideon). I spoke to Gideon and he said because it was so far back they couldn't do anything but give me a credit. I refuse to order from them and I asked for his supervisor. He said he was the only one and there was no one else.
Order set and never received it and I don't have my order confirmation which makes me mad because they took my money and I never received product
I didn't get to put my coupon number in when I ordered, it never asked for it. I contacted Choxi and I am waiting for a $ 15.00 refund to be put on my credit card. When that happens I will write a review.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
