I purchased the most beautiful Italian watch for my "Honey," who hasn't been gifted with it yet. I set it and view, admire, and love it every day. I set it and it keeps perfect time. I can't wait to see his face when he receives his gift. It is in pink gold and the most masculine, sleek, neat, and sophisticated looking watch I have found. It is priced on the box at $295.00 and I paid $23.00. If I did not see it myself, I would not have believed it. Thank you Choxi, OUTSTANDING!

Am unhappy due to thinking i was getting my item in a week stated to having to keep asking where is my order to be told sorry then the 3rd message suggest to cancel the order instead of we are resolving this problem that is still occuring after a month sorry doesnt help just send my order please

When I was displeased with a purchase, they responded very quickly to adjust it.
Some items come withing a week, but this is the third order I've placed where my product has taken over a month, and still has not arrived.
It's now the 19th of June. My last order was ordered and paid for about May 22,2016. How's that for shipping?

I recently called about two orders that I have made a month ago and I had two items that have not shipped yet customer service has no idea when those items would ship and the only other thing they would offer is to give me my money back they couldn't tell me where the items were or when they were shipped I find that a little crazy
I have yet to receive my blue pin stripe deep pocket when size sheets ordered with the rest of my merchandize for my birthday beginning of May. Shoes I ordered were not sizes correctly and bathing suit bottom wasn't sized correctly either. Completely robbed my birthday. Would not recommend to friends

I've never had problem with this site up until 5 months ago. I'm finding that my orders are not being delivered. There's no notification about the status of my orders. Everytime I send a message to find out the status, I get that genetic message the orders come from a third party and once the status is confirmed I can't cancel it or something to that degree. First it's extremely inappropriate if I'm requesting status a month later and getting that message. Second, I do appreciate the quick response and resolution to my problem. At the end is the day, I'm just getting frustrated with the situation.
I ordered 3 things, received 2 in a timely manner. Still haven't received the set of sheets that I ordered over a month ago.
As always when I have a question or need to return the customer helper is always polite & I know they will resolve the ptoblem or question to both our satisfaction.

Your site claims delivery in 14 days. Well Its been one month and three weeks and still no delivery. You get the same scripted reply when questioning them which is you will receive an email when your item is shipped. The first time this happened I thought it was probably a one time deal so I made a second order. Well half of my items are still not here. Horrible, horrible company and as much as I like their deals I will never order from them again and will tell everyone to beware of them.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
