Cons: they don't give you enough info about products to know if what I want & often when get items have to figure out how to use without proper instructions; main problems involve sent wrong color or color not as shown in pictures
Pros: good value & often free shipping so that is why I have purchased so much from them; I have ordered a lot so I would recommend them (would probably order more if given more information about products & colors were true (on date above I wanted more info about a product & by the time I got info items were no longer for sale) but I did order something else so I like them anyway.

I bought a bluetooth shower speaker. It was surprisingly bigger than I thought it would be. It sticks to the wall great and doesn't come off. The sound quality is better than expected. Shipping was great. My package arrived on time.

The shipping time is longer than any other site I've dealt with - sometimes 3+ weeks!
I find that the couple of times I've been stuck with mdse I couldn't return, it was because I didn't realize the items were listed as "final sale". My bad. And my disappointment.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
