It was very easy to purchase. I ordered it and received it quite fast. I love that it is portable and can fit in a closet. The only thing I did not like is the seat. Uncomfortable. My husband bought me a new one and it's great. I would recommend.

Some purchases are good, some are not so good. The clothing is cheap and runs 3 sizes too small. Other items are ok. You just have to be careful in choosing what to buy. Let the buyer beware.
I have had a few problems, but I always hear back from you very quickly to try and resolve the problem. I wish I could have received some products I ordered, but your supplier seems to be the problem.
All of my Choxi purchases have been good quality and reasonably priced. Shipping can be very slow on some orders, fast on others. My one return attempt was a messed up confusing affair but maybe by now they have improved upon returns.
Choxi Customer Service is the Best experience I ever had to deal with of any other Company Customer Service.

Delivery is never an issue and the product reflects the description. Be aware of your knowledge of jewelry. Choxi describes it exactly, even down to the mm, so know you sizes. I have bought many items. Some were intended for gifts, but I kept them for myself. Now if I see something I really like, I order two. I can honestly say I have not had buyers remorse at all. Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
