Got a ting for my wife and within 2 weeks a stone fell out of it. They could not replace it with the same ring. I got a credit for it and bought another later.
Sad to see a lack of quality in such a beautiful item.
I purchase two separate times of the watches from different mfg's through Choxi, and neither one worked. I sent back the first and was provided a credit. (It would not charge). Now the second one does not record steps accurately! Not worth it in mind to send back. 3 strikes would be an out :(

I've been ordering from Choxi for awhile now and have always been satisfied. The one time I had a problem, Choxi immediately refunded my purchase price. As long as Choxi continues to offer unbeatable deals and great customer service I will continue buying from them.
Liked what I brought but some of the plus sizes are a little smaller.
My experience has, for the most part, been very positive. I have found things I needed as well as things I just had to have. Choxi is my goto web page when I want to shop.

Website is easy to use. Prices are great. Customer service is excellant and very willing to make things right if there is a problem. I have been very satisfied with each item ordered and you get free shipping on top of it all.
I bought several sets of underwear from them, which were all 100%cotton. Well their size chart was way off and I had underwear that a tent maker would be jealous of. When they asked me to provide a review I told them that the size chart was way off. They contacted me and told me to return them. It must be in the original packaging and with the tags. I explained I washed them to see if they would shrink so I could maybe wear them but no luck. They told me it was alright anyway. So I sent them back (against my better judgment). Of course when they got the underwear back, they refused to give me a refund because they were washed and not in the original packaging. They were also going to keep the underwear. That is stealing. They have the underwear that I paid for and no refund. It took 4 days of emails before they finally agreed to send the underwear back. I can give them to a family that desperately needs them. They are brand new, never been used, just washed. They always site company police which is just policy to screw the customer. They want everything in original packaging and tags. How do you try anything in the original packaging and tags. They sure must not have any confidence in their products to demand that. This is the first and ONLY company that has treated me so shabbily. They are despicable.
Same great deals, same huge savings. Nothing's different except the name.

I ordered t-shirts 2xl and they sent me medium! I needed them before my husband left to go on a work trip and he could not wear medium. I sent the shirts back and I did get an email saying that they would put it back on my credit card the amount $16.50 on it but I have not seen it on my bank and I check my account at least 2 times a day. I have items in my cart now but I will not purchase until this is resolved. I have bought so much from no more rack but have not had to much luck with choxi. I would love to get the items in my cart so hopefully this will be resolved soon. Thank you
On 8/22/2015 I ordered ( 5) 2-packs of Unisex Copper infused Compression socks. That I have not received yet, The order number is *******. I have ordered item after this item and have received the already.

Purchased an item. It arrived defective. I offered to return it. Told I was getting a credit and not to bother to return item. Prompt service- no arguments,
I received an item that I could not use, despite careful measuring, it was way too small. I called and told customer service my issue, the representative could not have been more understanding and sent me a prepaid return label. She made sure that the label was printed as it should be and then she instructed me on how to package the item and return it.
I received a confirmation from Choxi that they received the item and were processing a full refund, there were no issues and no delays. They said customer satisfaction was their primary goal and clearly, they MEANT it. I have ordered from them before and will do so again, you cannot beat the prices OR the service.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
