I have ordered a few things from Choxi so far. I was nervous at first because of some pretty bad reviews but I really can't complain. The quality is variable and generally I'd say you get what you pay for. I love the Dawgs I got but the featherweight cardigans look cheap. Overall a positive experience. I will continue to shop Choxi but I will be more careful about investigating quality before purchasing.
This is only my second purchase but I was again very pleased with the merchandise and the speed of shipment.
The prices are really low and even when something is refurbished, it is still a good deal. I love the site, mostly satisfied with my purchases.
The Customer Service is the Very Best to give help and understanding to each customer and they go out of their way 110% of the way to make sure the service is to the customers best interest. I'll continue to purchase excellent products from Choxi at less expensive prices. A Great Company to deal with. I look forward to the purchases when they arrive because it's like a Christmas Holiday in July.

I ordered one set of pink queen size sheets. I got one set of King size sheets.
I had to send them back and wait for my original order to be filled correctly.
I didn't receive what I ordered and the customer service worked hard to rectify the problem. They we unable to send the corrected item so they gave me a 20.00 credit. More than fair. I'm happy with the outcome.
Wanted to return item, they ask me "did you order the right size, I see there is a sizing chart" ummm, what size do u think I would order? Aftet wo different employees email within a week's time I find out from them now the item is a final sale so I can't return it... I save the email and details whenever I order something so I know what I am getting...

Payment was not fully refunded including shipping. Other times returns for sizes that did not work were next to impossible to get accomplished. I try to find someone to give the item to. I won't be ordering any shoes or apparel again..

I checked a few cross-body bags on Choxi. When I settled on this particular one, I waited till I could get free shipping and ordered. I think it arrived in about three days and it looks good. Never thought I would like a small purse, but here I am.
The item I got was low in price and it was shipped very quickly.
Came wrapped in plastic, no box, but clean and factory new inside. Durable and strong for the price.
All my orders have been shipped to me quickly. Everything has been as pictured and described.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
