When I first started with choxi, I was telling everybody that it was great. Lately, I have had to return a few things that were defective, and still have a trunk caddy that is defective (cooler zipper broke on first use, soaked my trunk and ruined a radio/scanner, a pack of batteries and a wool blanket) I'm not sure if I can return this. Also, I received an incorrect package, and was very frustrated by the procedure of returning and waiting for the actual package that i ordered. While I will still look on website, I'm not as eager to purchase as I was previously.

Choxi has made my shopping experience a very enjoyable and fun way to do my shopping. Like how quick the ordering process goes.

I received 4 bronzers when I only ordered 1. I tried pushing the button and choxi kept giving me the wrong one, the one I did not ask for. When I received them -- I got 4, while I only ordered one compact with 4 colors. Instead I got 4 compact with 4 colors each, and hope I wasn't charged for it. Also an eyeshadow gel -- got 2 of them and ordered only one. WHAT'S GOING ON THERE?!

I buy a lot of products from choxi and i am always satisfied. They are quick to respond to complaints and resolve issues. The main pleaser for me though is the products are quality for reasonable prices. This is the reason i keep buying their products.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
