I like the shopping site very much. Lots of nice things I would never see if I were in the department stores. Mostly buy as gifts for my family and friends. I did however buy myself the Steven Craig dresses. Comfortable and since they're solid colours, I can add my own vibe.
I have ordered everything from jewelry to clothes from Choxi. Have loved all my purchases. I especially loved my purchase of 3 pairs of Coco Limon Jrs capri joggers in 3 different colors with pockets. I loved them so much I ordered them in a different set of colors. I ended of with 2 duplicate colors and one new color. I loved them so much I didn't mind. They came out with a new style, printed. So I was excited and ordered them. I received 1 size Large, 2 size extra large, one black with chartreuse mesh siding which was not described in the description area (was supposed to be blue mesh) and was Coco Limon. It was a brand called Bottoms Up. After putting a review online, they emailed me willing to send me a return label. However, I expressed that I threw away all original packaging and tags when they arrived at my house because I was so excited and expected to love them as I did my previous order. I am unable to return them "as received", so I emailed them advising I would just keep them and be more specific when ordering, and send back anything I wasn't 100% happy with Asap in the future.
I've bought many items from Choxi and even when it was nomoraki and I'm very pleased with what I selected.
Purchased Dawgs boots for myself. Upon arrival I ordered 3 more pairs as gifts :) The quality and comfort are excellent. The fit was spot on! Glad I tried these. Shipping and delivery were also great
Has been positive--- I have like everything that I have purchased-- comes quickly- no issues. If I would ask you to do anything different--- it would be to offer the 3 hours of free shipping sometimes during the day, as I do not look at my emails once I leave the office
Needed to know about my remaining shipment, and they contacted me in a timely manner and notified me and processed my refund very quickly. Great company to do business with.

I love Choxi. I have purchased several, very high quality, items from them and have always been very satisfied. When I did get one item that was not of the highest quality, they refunded my money with no problems and were glad that I brought up this defect. I love their daily e-mails with new offerings.
I made a purchase of a light bulb. I received an open complaint, as though I had opened it and they were responding. I assured them I did not open a complaint, just waiting for my light bulb. They informed me that since I waited 48 hours to say I had not cancelled my order they went ahead and cancelled it for me. OK, whatever. Then, on their follow-up, there was a satisfied/not satisfied choice and I chose not satisfied. Then more correspondence from customer service wanting to argue that I must surely be satisfied, and even promised a $5 credit in my account. Never happened. I am a long time shopper, probably 20 orders. They can keep their light bulb. Hope they don't try to argue with me since THEY keep sending customer satisfaction inquiries.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
