Three of the four items ordered arrived in good time and excellent condition. One item did not and after what I thought was a reasonable time, I called. I received a great response and my situation was dealt with immediately. It was not long before that item also was delivered. I could not expect better treatment.

I tried several times to order from Choxi... even before it became Choxi... and my order would always fail. Finally, there was an item I really needed, at a great deal, so I contacted customer service. Within minutes my order went through and there hasn't been a problem since. Everything I've bought has been spot on. From placing orders through to timely delivery and receiving good quality products, I highly recommend Choxi. As a plus, the times there are no shipping fees and the many coupons I receive, also give me incentive to continuue to shop with Choxi. Get on board folks and take advantage of their great deals!
Attempting to return an item. 1). I had ordered and received a package of three bras. They did not fit so I requested a Return Authorization which was sent to me. I used the mailing label and returned the three bras. 2). About four days after mailing the package I received the package of 2 bras that I had ordered. These did not fit so I requested Return Authorization... I was informed this authorization had already been sent! 3). I checked as I had a copy of the return label page and noticed they had listed a Package of 2 bras on the Return Authorization!
4) I made a phone call to them and the gentleman I spoke with put me on hold so he could make some calls, I gave him the authorization number and the address the Package of 3 bras was sent to. End result they credited my account for the Package of 3 bras. 5). Now after about 6 emails I am attempting to get authorization to return the Package of 2 bras! For some reason the Password the Password I use to. Log. In to Choxi does not work. They have sent me two passwords to use and neither one works. And I have tried tem on 2 different computers and an IPad. If you can help me I would be most grateful!
After this fiasco I am not sure about ordering from Choxi.
Shipments arrive promptly and in good condition. Have ordered several times and process is easy!
Great customer service, originally received the Paris scarf design when I ordered the Rome design, but the scarves were so pretty I decided to keep them rather than return them.

I was happy with all the things I ordered the clothes all fit. Everything was in good shape and true to what I ordered. I was disappointed that I could not get the light bulbs that I ordered but I guess these things happen and there is not anything that can be helped. I have ordered many things many times from Choxie and have been pretty satisfied with most of my orders.
Every thing I have bought is a lot smaller than it looks on the computer. Cheap? Yes, but, you should show the real size of the item before it is bought.
I ordered sheets! They arrived in 4 days! End of story. Choxi is fast and reliable! The merchandise is worth a lot more than what you pay for! I am recommending Choxi to all my friends and family!

On the couple occasions that I had to contact customer service they were very prompt and kind. My only thing that I could wish for would be faster shipping but other than that I love Choxi!

I had a very good experience with nomorerack.com but as time passes I feel things are getting worse. After 2 weeks i sent an email indicating that I haven't received 3 items from my last order. The support group is very nice, and, I received 2 items in couple of days latter. But after 3 weeks still I haven't relieved the final one. Meanwhile the prices are getting higher I can find the same products in other places sometimes for less. Universal Mobile Device Holder with Suction Cup Mount was a disaster it broke before I use it very bad quality. And still I am waiting for Digital Handheld Luggage Scale to recieve.
Well overall things ae good but this time I ordert earrirngs which I got but no one ever send me a note telling me how come my support socks have not come in the charged me for them but nothing yet

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
