This site guarantees that your items will be shipped within 10 business days. It has now been about six weeks and I still have not received all of the items that I've ordered. They took my money, but never sent me my stuff. When I contact them they say that the items are on back order. I never want to order from them again, and neither should you.
Choxi is one of my go to pages. Lately it seems like they're suppliers aren't following thru w their commitments. I've waited weeks for items to ship & then get notified that my order had to cancelled since the supplier can fill my order again.
I keep getting quick responses from Choxi, but don't have my item! A response from the seller would be better - is it ever coming?
I ordered 2 items and have only received one so far. The order was made on May 16,2016 and now it's 6-15-16. I have sent email and not had time to receive answer. Otherwise, I've always had very good service from Choxi. I order often.
Delivery time was great. I loved the shoes I ordered, but was disappointed with the steam mop. Not Choxi's problem though, I just didn't like it.
I love my watch, it does what it is supposed to do.
I have ordered a few things from Choxi. I highly recommend signing up for their e-mails since many days they offer free shipping for three hours and will notify you via e-mail. They also offer money off of a certain dollar figure purchase as well... all via e-mail notifications. I ordered a couple of pairs shoes from them and one was a terribly different in color from the picture. They offered me a free shipping label and credit towards something else which was fine with me. The other pair was perfect. Other items I ordered came in a fair amount of time and just as described. I do believe there are some things for sale on this sight that I would classify as "junk" so do your homework. Read product descriptions. I Google brands I'm uncertain of because I'm not a "take it at face value" sort of lady. But, I will definitely shop the site again since I haven't any type of problem that would make me not shop with them...
Overall it's a good experience, except for when one item out of 5 takes over 6 weeks to be delivered!
I am still waiting for my item
I have ordered several items and have received them all in a timely manner. The items are always in good quality and work as they should. The only problem I have had is when I recently ordered larger items, it takes longer to receive if I receive them.
I should have given the site one star because I am still very dissatisfied. I waited and waited for the tablet that I order only to be told after months of waiting that I would never receive it. I was then told I would not get my money back, BUT instead would receive a "credit" amount which they would increase by a percentage because of my trouble. I had to use it at Choxi. I could not get my money and look elsewhere for another tablet. I had to buy some things that I have no use for. I will never buy from this site again and furthermore, I DELETE their emails as soon as I receive them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER EVER EVER!
Choxi sent part of my order right away, but I am still waiting for the rest of it. Customer service is important!
Made purchase of 5 shirts. All 5 show shipped but only 2 actually did. Had to call to dind out where other 3 were and was told they shipped. I should wait when it was acweek after 2 arrived. In the end the 3 i didn't get were cancelled. I should not have had to call to find this out and get refund.
I placed a 2 item order approx. 1 month ago. I rec'd one item almost immediately, and was totally pleased with the product. The other item has not been rec'd and this is the 2nd time this has happened. I will not be ordering from them in the future. The 2nd part of my ordered was delivered. A little late. I'm on vac., so will not used the product for a month. Will let you know if it is as advertised..
I have had nothing but good experiences with ordering from Choxi as well as the products.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
