You don't always know when something can not be returned they say no shipping and then there it is just not going to order anything anymore
Really good deals, but some are extremely slow to get to me
I purchased two items on one order! One arrived and was a very good product! Second item has never been received and appears to have never been shipped!
The money was never refunded and no explanation of why that item was not shipped!
I am very pleased with my experience of online shopping with choxi. I have ordered twice from them. The first order I received very quickly and the second order I am waiting to receive and I'm sure I will get it within the next couple of days. I had to return the first order which went extremely smoothly. I have no complaints thus far!
The last three orders I have placed with Choxi have had some type of problem. This order items were no longer available. So instead of refunding my money for items that were not available they tell me I can only have store credit. I have decided I no longer what to deal with them. I want my money back. They have ignored me. Plus they owe me money for items not received from an April order. Why would anyone what to do business with them
This is the second time (in a row) that I place an order and it gets partially filled, and then an item doesn't get delivered. On both instances I used a discount coupon from choxi with a minimum purchase--I wonder if this was the reason? I also wonder if I get the benefit of the discount--remember this is not due to fault on my part? I have neither received the last item in my order nor have I received a credit/refund from choxi for not being able to fulfill the purchase order. Please look into this matter--let's make it right, guys! It's kinda hard to continue to order through choxi when situations like these arise frequently.
Bought 2 Bluetooth ear buds so I can use at work along with a Bluetooth shower speaker on May 10th got the shower speaker & still have not gotten the 2 ear buds I ordered... I asked about it got an answer that they never know when a company ships out & I still haven't gotten an email 10-14 days has turned into a month. Not happy I can get the Bluetooth ear buds on EBay for $8.00 no shipping & have in 5-7days... Thinking I might...
Ordered a sunbeam under the bed organizer on May 11,2016. Received June 10,2016. The item was not worth the wait nor the money. Very cheaply made.
I have had only one item that I purchased that wasn't what I expected. The numerous other items I have purchased have either met or exceeded my expectations
I'm not sure what I bought according to this order but I do have to say that I was disappointed when I bought a cardigan. Size was very wrong per measurements and I'm stuck with it. I found it difficult to return.
Choxi was very proactive in assisting my return of a bluetooth headset that i could not get to sync with my phone, very polite. Very helpful, great service.
Got my item faster than expected, and the item is much better than similar I have used in the past.
My experience lately, I value this company, but purchasing product and not receiving what you order within a timely matter, I've yet received some of the thing I've order months ago, this is a big concern.

Ordered 3 items, after 4 weeks call and was advised only one was shipping. They were having a problem getting the other 2 from the other provider. Was advised to please give it more time. I wait d 2 more weeks, and only one was able to ship. The other one, the credit was put ack on my credit card. This was the first time I had a problem, but I had to call, no one got in touch with me.
I love the prices and selection but never know if and when I will receive the products. Sometimes a month or more. I realize that they come from different distributors but sometimes after a month or more I get a notice saying the items are sold out. Choxi really does try to make up for it by giving a 25% additional credit on your account which is nice. I' m usually not in a hurry for anything I've ordered so I'm patient. I gave 4 stars because they try and everything I have received is nice.
From the order process to the delivery, everything was perfect and beyond satisfactory. Bravo, Choxi.
Great items and super prices, makes shopping fun again
I have ordered from you the last few times and I haven't received them this last time I ordered like three things and received just one of them and haven't heard one way or another if I will get the others. Not happy, and hear I have bragged about your site to a lot of people

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
