I ordered an item over a month ago and it still has not materialized. My feeling is that if the item is not readily available, do not advertise it. To me, if you are getting a good deal from a manufacturer, then they should have the product ready to ship once they receive the order.
I always order my sheets from this website. Many come with 4 pillow cases which is great because my family likes to have a lot of pillows on the bed. I have always had timely delivery and never a problem.
Never received the item. So I can not rate. But the customer service was awesome.
My order was canceled my them so I ordered something new have not gotten that order won't give me my money back
I received my items from Choix, but my order was split into two shipments. I order a purse and my other items came within 7-10days but I am on day 45 for my purse. Very disappointed. I hope it arrives soon
Choxi is one of the best sites on the internet. You can almost always find what you need and they stand behind you with everything that you purchase. I am extremely happy when I order from Choxi and I appreciate all of their great service. Everyone should try them.
Man, I am so disappointed in this company. When it was "NoMoreRack" is was awesome. Quick deliveries & great customer service. Now that it's Choxi, good luck talking to customer service & even understanding who you're talking to. That's beside the point tho, I placed several orders recently. I had to wait close to 2 months for everything. I got wrong sizes, wrong colors, different material than what was stated on the item on 4 pairs of pants, and the worst customer service ever. The options given to me were NONE that were acceptable. I will never order from them again!
Order took too long to receive. Was sent from New Jersey to Texas by DHL, then passed to USPS. Why didn't you just mail it in the first place.
Items were as described, leggings were great quality. I received them very quickly. All in all a great experience.
I ordered two pair of Dawg sandals and even measured my feet to ensure to get the right size shown on a Dawg chart because they don't have half sizes. I received two pair of size 8 and I only kept one pair (which was a little big but felt like I could get by) and the second pair was even bigger (so much so that I couldn't take but a few steps and the shoes would actually come off my feet) so I had to send them back. I also ordered a pair of leggings which after having made a couple calls as to why I hadn't received them or even an email letting me know anything, I finally on June 10 (after placing my order on May 20) I got an email saying they couldn't be filled. As you can see, nothing about my order was as expected even the date that is noted as receiving within 10 to 14 days.
Was pretty good I am still waiting for the rest of my order it has been to long in it getting to me an I do not like you not having
Paypal I would order more if you had paypal
I have placed maybe 6 orders and have had to be refunded 3 of them. Apparently there is a problem with fulfilling orders
I had to get a credit refund to get my order and then I still only got half of my order. That was a month ago and still no hamburger press. Although I got my sheet sets and I love them I will not order again. I have contacted customer service several times and they just keep telling me it takes a while for orders to shop. Very upset and dissatisfied customer. Sad because I love the web site and still look but will not purchase again.

THINGS FELL APART... I BOUGHT A TABLET. COULD NOT GET IT BECAUSE COMPANY STOPPED MAKING OR SOMETHING. TOOK 6-7 WEEKS TO FIND OUT... THEN I BOUGHT 2 LIGHTS FOR MY COMPUTERS... ONLY GOT 1 THEN WAITED ANOTHER 2-3 WEEKS TO GET OTHER... REALLY? THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS... I WOULD CHANGE THAT RIGHT NOW!
This is a repeat order in different colors. These are fall/winter items and have not yet been worn. The Dawgs previously ordered have been satisfactory, so I expect these to be as well(although the sole separated from the upper part of black boot).
Placed order on May 9 and still have not received order as of June 16.
I bought a refurbished 4 qt pressure cooker at a great price from Choxi in order to try one out. Wow am I glad I did! The product was not only in great condition (despite being refurbished) but it was as described, came with everything needed to start cooking away, and was shipped quickly. Extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
