I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A BACK ORDERED PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH. THE ONLY UPDATES, ARE AFTER I SENT A REQUEST FOR UPDATE. ONLY THING THEY TELL ME, IS THX FOR BEING PATIENT. Randy
I ordered two items at the end of April. We received one a month later and the other we are still waiting for (this is June 14). When it was NoMoreRacks we could depend on the merchandise coming in a timely fashion, but since Choxi took over we have been very disappointed. The quality of the merchandise is the same (pretty good), but the service is not.

I swore i would never order again from no more rack for failed delivery, ex essivly poor customer service., but then this choxi came along, usling no more racks customer database,, like a wolf in sheeps clothing, they touted low shipping rate, so i went to see. I found an item i liked, ordered and paid for it. The order sat stagnent, then showed "shipped" with a fake tracking number. I inquired of customer service, the actual status of my order. I was "assured" that it was on its way, and a new tracking number would be sent to me.; this went on for wseeks, receiving the same regurgitated no info response. I was invited to cancel and receive a refund. I wanted this item, but received a run around instead., dragging the issue out for weeks with no resolution at all. After much frustration, i asked that all outstanding, unshipped orders be cancelled and refunded. Choxi cancelled my one order, refunded the money, but left intact the other orders., later correspondance revealed choxi did not have the item to ship to me. Choxi can send me all of the time stringing me along. Sure, i would have saved about $20-$25 dollars shopping at choxi, but the headache that came with it, was not worth it. I am now facing the same scenario with another order i placed. If you can help it, dont aggravate yourself shopping on choxi's website. The only difference between choxi and no more rack, is Zendesk, a go between.other than that, no better, no difference. Will probably go "under" like no more rack did, on its present course.
I ordered 2 items over a month ago. I received one right away. The other item, I'm still waiting on. I've called several times, but I can't track it because it still hasn't been shipped and I needed it for a special occasion. Still want it, but timeline is not consistent with what I was told.
I don't even care to take any more of my time with this problem. As soon aas I find something that I can use my credit on, I will no longer visit your site. Not as good as it used to be.
This was my first purchase with Choix and I'm quite pleased with the outcome. Package arrived by expected date and the items were just as advertised.

I purchased a set of sheets. The web site said 15" pocket, but it's only 13 on the package received. I called and they offered a return. Following thier directions, exactly, I tried to mail back the box but the USPS refused to take it because the box and label did not match. Call ing customer service was a joke. They said follow the directions... Speaking to a supervisor, he said follow the directions... the customer service manager said put it in a different box and follow the directions... 45 minutes on the phone and now I have to buy a box or pay $20 to use Choxi's label. Never again. I'm going back to Amazon!
The selection of products is amazing. What I didn't much like was the lack of information about when I will receive my order. I ordered the items first one came fairly quick, second not so bad, and the third I couldn't tell you where it's at.
Everything we have purchased has met our expectations.
I ordered 4 items, I've received 2 of them. From April 18, to June 6th one would think there would be time enough to tell me when I might expect the rest of my order to ship.
I had a code for 15.00 off an order but it did not work and I followed all the instructions. I contacted customer service the first time and nothing was done. I filled out a review and was contacted again. I was given a credit of 15.00 on my account. I was able to use the credit to make my order. Thank you.
Item came right on time. A great price and it fit nicely besides looking classy.
I order a cd holder that I waited over a month for delivery and after calling and emailing regarding the item, it was out of stock. However, I was credited my account and then some.
I emailed afew weeks ago about a MKF handbag I ordered and the shipment was delayed. After waiting a few more weeks with no handbag I asked if I could cancel my order and suddenly that very same day the order was no longer available, quite a coincidence. I was offered a store credit and an additional 25 % for my inconvience. I felt you had my money for over 2 months and it should be returned to me. The money I was told would be credited on my credit card but no further allowances for my inconvience were made except free shipping which everyone gets offered every evening. I still feel more should have been done to track my item and compensate me..
I ordered 2 sets of sheets and received one within a week of my order, which was great. I was pleased with the sheets and the price. It has been over a month and I've still not gotten the 2nd set of sheets. They came from a different vendor. I did contact Customer Service and they promptly replied to me. They asked if I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. I really wanted these sheets, so I decided to wait a bit longer. The disappointing aspect is that they said that the order was logged in by the vendor, but the CSR said that they couldn't contact the company directly about the order and/or to see the status. 6 weeks later, I'll be cancelling this order. I really wish that the Choxi would allow the CSR to follow up with the vendor.
The service is horrible! I placed my order approximately 3 weeks ago for three items; my credit card charge was charged for all 3 items yet only one item has shipped.
When I contacted them the response I received was that is our policy and no you can not cancel your order.
It is easy to pick and order what you want. However, lately it is taking longer to get my purchase. I have some items sent right away then some have not come yet or were refunded because they were unable to be filled. I would then choose something else and still have a long wait for my items. It sucks because I recommend this site to everyone because of the usual great deals and fast delivery.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
