I been ordering stuff off & on for the past two years and I've been satisfied with all my purchases. And I really like the prices.
Hi! I ordered 8th items and i did receive just 4 items. Same day i call customer service of Nomorerack, i call 3 more times, they told me, not calling them, they call me liar, they never return my money back or send missing items, not even saying ( we are sorry, we try to do something about this situation). That was more unprofessional, unrespectable, rood service, i ever had. Specially for the company ( it's very bad look and bad name), i put in the Facebook to, about this company. Also it's was my 4th order and every order was from $100 to, to $400. I was not bad costumer. My name is Anaid T-Frank, email *******@cox.net
I ordered a photo machine and waited about a month called and asked about it was told they did not have one yet. Told them ok I would wait after a few weeks was told they could no longer get this product gave me credit and I believe a 10 dollar discount on my next purchase.My opinion customer should be informed if there is a problem getting the order from the first week on and told what is going on with the order. This is just my thoughts for your company did not really bother me but bet there are people out there that will be unhappy with that. Just for your info I did not have a big problem with it.
I ordered 3 items. 2 arrived rather quickly the third was out of stock so they notified me an immediately issued a credit. Happy with service too!

Half the order was shipped right away but the other half wasn't shipped for at least 3 weeks and that was after I contacted customer service.
I am very pleased with the quality and promptness in which my order was handled. Although an item I had ordered was not available, Choxi credited my account promptly. I have been a customer for a couple of years and intend to stay a customer.
It was my understanding that I responded to an email promising free shipping. Instead, I was charged for it. Since it was only two dollars, I didn't pursue the matter, but it rankles no-the-less.
One of the items I paid for was not even shipped and it's been months I bought it. The lack of customers protection makes me not buying here again.

I have always received great deals at Choxi. All products are shipped quickly & are tracked to your door! I would recommend Choxi to my friends!
It seems since the new year, Choxi's selection and delivery has diminished. For my last 6 orders, I've had to follow up with them. Average delivery is close to 20 days, not the stated 7-15.2 of my orders could not be fulfilled (I wasn't advised until I sent a follow-up email). One order was completely incorrect. Sent email in March still no reply as of today.
To their credit they immediately give me credit for future purchases, but I'm hesitant because of my recent experience.
I don't recall these issues with the original company, NOMORERACK.
I would highly recommend Choxi, it's a great website with good merchandise and good deals. There have been some complications with an item not being in stock after I had already ordered it or having to contact them twice to receive a refund, but any issues I have had with them have been resolved with very little fuss.
I purchased a pair of sandals. Ordering was very easy and they were quickly delivered. I was very satisfied.
I've ordered towels from this site three times and only once have I recieved what I wanted. Once again I'm trying to order towels from this site. Il wait and see what happens.
Here you can find great bargains on terrific products and excellent customer service. Love this site!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
