Most products are fine. Not always happy how return service is handled. Last pair of shorts I didn't like but couldn't return them.

I need to return 2 pairs of earrings unable to print shipping label will be charged from your company and post office. Not everyone has a printer bigger companies will sent return labels. This is going to make me think about ordering from you!
Looking for and ordering these two portable closets was so easy that I was delighted with the whole buying process. My daughter has spread out of her room's closet into one of the spare bedroom's closet. The Oxgord Portable Wardrobe Closet organizer with 12 Shoe pockets -6 on each side- was placed in her bedroom. This closet was easily put together within an hour with no tools needed at all. The instructions included were easy to follow. Two days later, we received the Whitmor Portable Dual-Rod hanging closet which was more complex but also easily put together with no tools within 1/2 hour. Both closets are being used in separate rooms and the messy, tight clothing is now better organized and stored for usage. Quick delivery, easy assembly, and a 100 headaches gone!
Everything I have bought I have loved and the few things that had to be returned due to wrong size or color etc. I never had a problem they sent me my return label or I got 1 with my order Choxi's (nomorerack.com) is where I will always go when I want to buy clothes or just about anything they have it all and you can not beat their prices any where.
The products and price are great but shipping takes to long!
