I have had nothing but great experiences with everything purchased thru this site - all merchandise has been fine quality and descriptions have been spot on.
I was in need of a new GPS as mine was one of the original portable GPS systems that came out more than 10 years ago. Choxi sent me an e-mail telling me of their new name and website with a list of items for sale. Voilla! There was a Garmin Nuvi that was on sale for an incredible price and I also had a coupon that I could use. I ordered it immediately; arrived very quickly. Iam SO HAPPY that I got this new Garmin Nuvi. It is so easy to use (I am not a hi tech person) and works very, very well. So glad I got it. The very first time I used it I went to visit a friend who lives in "the sticks"; since I hadn't been there in 3 years, I forgot how difficult it is to get there. My Garmin GPS got me there without a hitch. It was very late at night and extremely dark when I left to come home. Never could have made it without the GPS. Terrific experience with Choxi.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
