I have order merchandise and waited a month or more to receive the product more than once. I recently received a pressure washer which I had order on the 26th of May. It came, BUT WHERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS?

Had to return one item, and company rep. Was very easy to handle my request.
Camera delivered on time. Camera setup was simple and quality of video and app for cell phone is very good. Only disappointment is that Amcrest tech support said camera only works with their software and their software only works with their cameras. I can't integrate with my existing cameras or software (Neteye).

I ordered 2 Mister's it's a little spray bottle that sprays a fine mist of cool water on a hot day they were only $9.00 each the money was taken out of my bank but I never received the items. I already deleted the e mails etc. This is the first time they forgot me all other times I give 5 stars
Choxi and USPS says I got the shorts. All I received was the maxi skirts. And since I am paying for 3 pair of shorts I never received. I can't afford to lose money. I recommended Choxi to my friends and I contacted them last night and told them don't waste your money. Everything was great at first. Then the screw ups started to happen. My friends complained to me that they would order stuff never get anything until they contacted Choxi to complain my friends and I have decided we are done.
I placed an order on May 2,2016 and well hello it is June 27,2016, the original order time stated 10-14 working days, it has been (39 DAYS wow!).
I callled and inquired and was told that as soon as they hear something they will send me an e-mail.
The newer LG Tone bluetooth headset is much better than the 750 model. Quick shipping and easy to use.
Ordered sheets 2 months ago, re-ordered same a month ago. Still awaiting delivery.

In the past when i ordered from Choxi I received the items within a week, and often within 3 days! This time I have ordered and it is almost a month later and my remaing items have not yet been shipped! This is not acceptable to me!
Almost one month later I had not received this order. So I cancelled. Other items can fast. I ordered from a different site-shoes from Germany-got them in 2 weeks. No reason for a month and no item delivered.

I made my purchase on 05/31/2016. It is now 50 days later and I have only received 3 of my 11 items! I am not sure why it would take this long! I use to love ordering from No More Rack, their former name, however it seems that there are always massive delays in shipments with Choxi. I do not see myself using the website again.
I am not going to order again... Choxi has you waiting for way too long for your merchandise... I order and it takes months before I receive my order... When it comes, I have forgotten about it... Or Choxi will have you waiting for the longest then you find out that the item is not going to be shipped... Bad business Choxi
For all of the happy choxi fans, i think the people who answer your e-mails and go on chat with you are doing their jobs as well as their bosses let them.the problem as i see it, is that they have manufactuors that run choxi, not the other way around.if choxi would cull out the bad vendors and get reputable venders, there would`nt b a problem. Until then, i`m not going to order another thing from them!

I ordered items and received part of my order, when I inquired about the other items I was told it could take up to 3 weeks to ship. My order was over a month and 10 days ago! I have not received my missing items.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
