I am somewhat satisfied. Some items take a long time to come in and once I never got my item. But Choxi was great with dealing with that situation!
This last experience was a bit lacking. I ordered a couple of sublimation superman t-shirts for my husband and a pair of workout pants for me. I received the t-shirts, but they were delivered 15 days after ordered which I thought was longer than the norm these days, and my last item was never delivered. No message advising of cancellation and I certainly don't expect them now since I ordered them 6 weeks ago. So, that was disappointing. I did appreciate the quality of the shirts I received and my husband does love them, so that's a winner, BUT...
Ordered birthday gifts three weeks ago today. Ordered four items. Received one. Advertised shipping in two to three weeks. 75% of items ordered are not shipped after three weeks. "under promise, over deliver". This is not accurate.
I had a problem with an order, it was handled promptly. What else can one ask. Before you ask I will buy again with no reservations.
I have shopped on Choxi for quite a while, even when it was nomorerack.com. There has been only 1 item that I was not really satisfied with out of the more than 15 transactions that I have done. I will continue to shop on the site in the future.
I ordered some stuff from choxi almost a month ago and I'm still waiting on some of it to ship out. I have talked to customer service multiple times and they keep giving me the runaround. I will not order from them again no matter how good the prices are.
I ordered the 4 pc canister set over six weeks ago--since not shipper-even though it is still on their website as being available. Not happy!
I ordered a few things and received one of the items pretty quickly but never any of the other items. I contacted costumer service to let them know I had not received my things. They pretty much told me there's nothing they could do since they have so many vendors. So I cancelled the order and got a very small amount in store credit. So I didn't even get a full money back. After I receive my new order I will never purchase from them again. The worst service I have ever had. Beyond disappointed

I ordered three items on 7 June 2016, two I received within a week or so but to this day still haven't received my last item. I emailed Choxi customer service twice and I keep getting the same answer: "It will ship as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer". I should have spent a little more and buy it at WalMart.
I'm very disgusted with Choxi. I thought these people would put customer service ahead of there selfish greed. I placed an order June 8,2016 and It's now August 9 2016. Two months and I still can't get my order. This is truly a rip off. All I get is the run around when I've asked about my order. No customer concern, No Class. Beware!
It doesn't work and when I wrote asking to get a refund ans send it back I received no response.
Several years ago I bought a few things on BidRack.com (which is now Choxi). I never received any of the items and contacted customer service a number of times to let them know. I kept getting messages saying that the order was delayed but it would be arriving soon. I never received it, and then found out that the company had changed names! I contacted the new company, Choxi. They were RUDE, not helpful at all, and disconnected our chat conversation. I will never use this site again.
I received a defective item and the support team helped me resolve it. I'm just waiting on my shipping label to be emailed now.

I made a purchase back in MARCH. 2 items were shipped & I never received the rest of the order. When I FINALLY got a response from them, without any explanation, they asked if I wanted to cancel the order! THREE months later!
I made the mistake of ordering from them again and the same thing happened! Order # *******, ordered JUNE 6th, was for 5 items, of which I have received ONE item without further explanation. NOMORERACK was here IN FULL within days. I won't be ordering from them again.
I really like the merchandise and the prices; however, there have been two occasions when I have not received what I purchased and never received anything saying they were out of stock or anything. I had to email them about my order and then received a reply apologizing for the network of manufacturing partners that had those items. I feel that the partners should notify Choxi when they cannot fill an order so Choxi can notify the customer. To me, that is bad business and very disappointing for customers.
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
