Recieved my earings and they were just great! Really like them have been wearing the small ones and they are very pretty haven't really tried the studs or big hoop not quite my style but I really liked the other one so I bought the set.
Had a problem with an order and the customer service responded quickly and had it resolved within a day.
The site is a bit hard to navigate, but they have good deals. Just wish ones that weren't actually available would be gone or shown as such. At least they gave me free shipping.

I like to shop here, but the delivery is different than other sites, I would prefer all items sent together than receive 1 item one day couple days receive another
+ than some week or 2 later. If you place an order all items should be sent in one order not strung out for weeks!
I was sold a Samsung Galaxy s6 phone with no mention it was from the UK. In quit working after 2 months. I tried returning it but was past the 30 return policy. I contacted Samsung for repair or replacement but they said they would not repair or replace it because it was from the UK. Samsung, Choxi and the company who is selling the phone on Choxi have all refused to take care of the problem. Now I have a $600 paperweight. Be careful purchasing from Choxi.
Part of my order was sent to another customer. Customer relations at Choxi immediately investigated my situation and my correct order was sent in a very timely manner. They kept me informed continually. I was very satisfied.
My order was not completely delivered to me. A US Polo mens watch i purchase has not been delivered and i have not heard what the reason for not delivering said item.

I like checking Choxi regularly. If I notice an item I like, I check other sites and come back to buy on Choxi. For the most part the quality of the products is good but every now and then you might receive something of sub par quality.

Bluetooth headphones synced easily. The sound is great. We are only using for audio books and videos so I am not sure about music. Earbuds are a comfortable fit.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
