I have always had an excellent experience shopping with Choxi (no more racks) every since I've made them one of my top online shopping website. I also appreciate their customer service once I've purchased my last items, I liked the way the contacted me to make sure it was me that placed the order before even considered proceeding to process my orders for delivery through an email! I loved the way the customer representative handle me with concern and contacted me in an suitable time limit! The only thing I'm concern about is how its takie longer time for certain items to be mailed to me within the Choxi time limit..
Love shopping Choxi. Love large variety of products. I appreciate quality of items received. Will continue to shop in the future.
Half of my order was as hoped and expected

Initial response was great, and as promised an authorization document (LABLE with which to return) was sent to me. Part of the instruction was to return in the SAME BOX as it arrived in. First of all it arrived in a bag not a box, and I can not find it. I have no idea where it is.

The purse I ordered came quickly and from the pic I knew it was roomy but when I got it I was shocked at how much room it really had. I like to shop at Choxi because of the selection they have and they always get you your order fast. Prices aren't bad either
Package arrived as scheduled. The outer box was in good condition. The inner packing was of excellent quality - one of the best designed packing ( for the Dyson Fan) I have ever received.
I loved the silver bangle, excellent quality. Unfortunately, it's much smaller both in width and diameter than it appeared on line. Won't fit me and I DO NOT have a large wrist. However, it's so pretty I decided to gift it to my goddaughter.

Waiting for curtain rod confirmation. Need them ASAP. Have had great response from Google. They are trying to locate them. They have been charged to my acct. So, you have a better rating and hopefully can keep it if I get my curtain rods.

I have had very good experiences shopping with Choxi. They have things that I'm not able to find at retail stores for an affordable price. I have purchased many things from them. One of the things I like is that if something doesn't fit it can be returned and they can give you a credit or refund your money. Many places make it almost impossible to return items that don't fit. I also like the fact that they give credits to customers who spend spend their money here. I will recommend Choxi to friends and I will continue to shop here.
I qualify the service from Heidy from customer service very quickly and professional, but, I continue with not solving my problem, she is waiting for the company to have for details about the delay.
But I'm happy with the steps that this situation is taking place.

I had ordered several items all were delivered on time with the exception of one item. The tracking number showed it had been delivered to an address in WI and I live in FL. I called and the gentleman that answered was extremely polite and looked into the matter. He explained that the wrong tracking number was sent to me and assured me my package was at the office waiting for me. I checked and it was. Love Choxi and will continue to shop and spread the word to all about them.
Basically, the shopping is very easy. The selection of items is great!
They had to cancel my order, manufacture could not shipped, It was a birthday gift for someone. Purchase date was 9-15-15.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
