I have been very pleased for the most part with everything I have ordered. The two sets of sheets i just ordered are great other than the fact that they are not as deep as the description said. My son's mattress needs a minimum of 15"depth and the description said they were 15". When I received them the package said 13". They foty bed but not my son's. That was a little disappointing since I ordered them mainly for his bed.
Choxi claims that most orders are delivered in 10-14 days. That is not true. Most take twice that amount of time or more. I now cancel all orders that do not arrive within 4 weeks.
Products are what you see. Shipping on orders are sometimes not what the website says it will be. Ordered product and still have not received after 4 Months

Usually I love the site but the chat customer service has been horrible. They are not answering the question I am asking and using canned responses for a totally different issue. I love my ring I purchased it broke I wanted to know how to get it replaced all they kept saying was we are sorry your not happy with your purchase that is not true I love my purchase. I work in customer service as a supervisor and take chats daily if I spoke to my customer this way I would not have a job very unhappy with my experience.
I have wrote to cancel my last order from this company due to the length of time

They work and hold onto the shoe. But from the picture I was ordering a pair, but only received ONE! The Choxi ad should make this distinction unmistakable by emphasizing that the order is for only one heel spur.

The items are almost always good but they need
A lot of improvement on shipping, some items come pretty quick

Part of the problem is UPS having the Postal Service
Making the final delivery, at times I get notice the item has been delivered
And it takes 2 or 3 days to get to the house.
The shipping is very slow and I don't get any notices if my items will be delayed.
Ordered 4 items- received 2 items within average shipping time. Over a month later still waiting for the other two items. The only thing CHOXI can offer is to let me cancel that part of the order... I WANT THE PRODUCTS or I would not have ordered in the first place.
Do you not have access to contact the companies, to research the status of an order?
I ordered the Avantree Ninja Trackpouch on June 2,2016. They told me that this product would take 10-14 working days to be delivered, however, to this date, July 20,2016, I have not received the product nor heard anything about it. Please inform me of the status. Thank you.
I have not received three of the four purchases made that day, and when I ask about it, am told to be patient for up to three weeks. Well, it's well past three weeks... still no answers
I never had an issue getting items I had purchased, getting them in a timely fashion, and paying a reasonable price from the company formerly known as "No More Rack". However, Choxi is not holding up their end of the bargain when it comes to the same level of service I had grown accustomed to.
I have had several unfavorable experiences in regards to getting items from some of the vendors that Choxi uses. I had a car bluetooth receiver not arrive and they issued a credit+. I used that credit to order some smokin' hot panties for the wife, but them too have yet to arrive; I ordered on June 6th of this year. It's now July 20th and all they can tell me is that the "concerned department" is looking into it. Apparently they aren't that concerned about the experiences that their customers are having. The value is still there, but the service it lacking
So far I have only shopped for sheets and they are great quality and fast shipping.
Misled on merchandise shipping, assign wrong tracking number to an item on different order, customer service gives standard replies to every inquiry, they have no control over suppliers, cannot provide accurate ship dates and very poor customer service to address these issues.
I have purchased from Choxi on two occasions and both times have been good!
I did have an experience where I ordered something and the demand for the product was so great and they could not fulfill my order. They did offer an additional amount on my next order, so it worked out.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
