After several inquiries on shipment, Choxi finally cancelled my oder. They tried to shove a site credit at me, and once again, had to ask for a refund. This site is no longer one I care to do business with.
The last items I ordered took over a month to arrive. I had to cancel one of the orders because the representative from Choxi had no tracking information to provide regarding the estimated delivery of the item. I don't feel items should take over a month to be delivered. I never received updated information from Choxi regarding my orders until I called in twice myself. Very disappointed.
I ordered 2 sets of headphones. However, one of them was not a good fit for my son (he has really small ear openings). I requested an RMA# and returned one of them. I appreciated the prompt response and turn around time in crediting back my account.
I am still waiting for 1/2 of my order to be delivered after a month. If you are wanting to order and need it quick, I would look elsewhere.
Choxi always has many great deals everyday. I love looking through the products. I pass on the deals to friends and family. I will continue to purchase from Choxi.
I PURCHASE ITEMS FROM CHOXI, AND MAJORITY OF THE TIME I AM SATISFIED. SOMETIMES LOOKS ARE DECIEVING. THERE. WAS A FEW TIMES THAT I BOUGHT AN ITEM AND I WAS DISAPOINTED IN THE DURABILITY OF IT. OVERALL I STILL BUY FROM CHOXI BECAUSE THEY DO HAVE GREAT DEALS!
I had done a review on a shirt - that I was supposed to get and didn't. They sent something else. I mentioned I never got it and they contacted me to get a resolution just by my review response.
Have not received all items ordered. Satisfied with Items I did receive.
The only reason I give it 4 stars is sometimes it takes weeks to get what you ordered.
Choxi is always a pleasure to deal with, from the quality of the items, the price of the items, the fast shipping and customer service. Have shopped with them for years and will continue to do so.
If you order something and you actually get it, it will not be on time. I made 7 orders and each one was cancelled due to the manufacture not having the product lol so I got a credit after 2 months then that was cancelled for same issue. You call them and they say whatever just to get you off the phone. They do not help they do not care and they blow you off. I wish I could give no stars because that would be more accurate. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER just trust my word.
Recently I ordered several Agiato garment combination packs from Choxi. They arrived and are so comfortable and exactly as described and perfect for travel. They were priced very reasonably and my order arrived just as expected. I have used Choxi many times in the past (No More Rack) and have been pleased with every order.
The last two orders before this I waited and waited for. Finally called and was told that the vendor was not sending the orders. You must get better on notifying customers of this and also the orders page needs to be updated. I have orders from a few years ago that say active and others that shoul say cancelled and are not.
I ordered a number of items from Choxi on 6/13/16. I only received one of the items. As of this date I am still waiting for the other 2 items. Have no idea when they will be shipped. These items are still being advertised on Choxi. I have ordered from Choxi in the past and have been satisfied with the service. Over a month is a long time to wait with no idea when the items will be shipped.

Part was quickly satisfied.
Still waiting 6 weeks for rest of order. Sigh they did offer to cancel but I want the stuff they were selling. Not leaving, just unhappy this time.

I ordered 3 things about 1 month ago I received two separately been waiting for the Third never got an email from choxi or anything to acknowledge the fact that they still owe me something I am not a happy customer
I am extremely dissatisfied with your clothes. I have ordered several items the same style and sizes and they do not fit the same. Your return policy does not work well in that situation. I am stuck with many pieces of clothing that are way too big or too small depending on the item. The first 2 shirts I ordered fit perfect so I ordered more in another color, threw away the packaging expecting them to fit the same and they were way too small. Your skirts run way too big so I have 6 skirts I cannot wear. Very disappointing cause I like a lot of the clothing but will not chance ordering again.
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
