Waited a month for 2-pack: LED Wheel Lights (Pink) and still did not receive them. I had to e-mail Choxi twice to inquire about my items. There should be some checks and balances in place since the left hand (Choxi) don't know what the right hand (distributing companies) is doing! Then again, I guess there is really no concern since Choxi don't refund any money. A win win for them! Choxi provide credits toward a next order and if you don't order then you lose again.
I have had three different things on order. One I had to cancel after finally getting them to check on it and they found out that they couldnt get it anymore. I have two things that I am waiting on now that I order june 15th.
Being a loyal customer, I try to look at all sides before making a statement but lately I haven't gotten my last two orders. I have went to a new internet hosting and just wondering if that is the cause. I like them for their prices

Placed an order for three items and received two of them quite quickly. The third item is out in Neverland somewhere. Was never contacted by Choxi or anybody else as to the status. Evidently Choxi relays the orders to various vendors and they are responsible for shipping your product to you. After contacting Choxi, they offered a refund for the unreceived item. I will accept the refund, but it will be the last time I deal with them.
All the items were just tossed into a cardboard box and one of the items, which just happened to be black/purple nail polish spilled all over the box and on other items. Fortunately I was able to use most of the items, but had to throw away the nail polish and some face powder. Otherwise, all the stuff was great.

I enjoyed the purchase. It was important to see the dimensions. Wish I could have seen a picture of the inside of the bag but it came earlier than anticipated and I've enjoying using it.
I have had good experiences in the past but there's two items that I've ordered recently and did not receive. I didn't receive the item, correspondence regarding the delay in shipping, cancellation of the product, etc. So I really don't know what to think at this point especially with the price of the items that I purchased. Both items were the same type and I believe the same brand but I would have to check to be 100% sure. If that product can't be sold or shipped to my state, there should be consider
I really like the yoga pants that I received. They are very comfortable. The thing I do not like about this company is that the money hits my card within hours, but the product doesn't come for weeks. I still have part of my order still out.
For some reason, I had to totally redo my order. At first the items were in the cart, but then they went away. It was somewhat frustrating. The first cart said no shipping charges. The second one charged $2 per item. Also, one of the items I had in the cart was not on the website when I had to go back.
Choxi is a site I check from time to time for myself, and gifts for others. Buying is not a hassle, and the shipping is generally on time.
We are at July 20th and the balance my order still hasn't arrived. I've never had a bad experience like this with Choxi.
The only issue is an order I had to cancel because I was into the second month of waiting for it to be shipped.
I received partial shipment of my last order and I'm still waiting to receive the second part of my order. The oder #******* I still haven't received a confirmation shipping confirmation of the second part of my order. If I don't receive a shipping confirmation on my second order within the next week I would like a full refund thank you for your time.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
