I am very pleased with the orders I have received. It is the delivery I am not too happy with. One order took from Nov 23 to Dec 8 to arrive. It left wherever the shipping point was on the 23rd. I have another order that has never arrived or even been shipped that was ordered on 27th, I think. I contacted customer service and they are looking into this. Hope I receive it before next Sat, Dec. 19. As I am leaving home for the entire Christmas season and needed the purse I ordered. As I said, I am very pleased with the quality of my orders.
I was disappointed to find out that the headphones I left in my cart were no longer available. And this was after your system allowed me to still order them and it had no problem taking my payment either. Why would your system take a payment on something you no longer stock to sell? I found this out by checking the delivery date of the two headphones that I had not rec'd (had rec'd one of the three that I ordered) and my order page stated that that particular order was complete. So I then called Choxi and was told that the vendor(s) were no longer with you. Although you promptly reimbursed me and I thank you for that effort, I found this to have been wasted energy and frustration... for both of us.

I have gotten some very good prices on items and have purchased a number of Christmas gifts off Choxi. They always arrive in a timely manner and the few times I have had to do a return, they have been very accommodating.
I have purchased several Christmas presents from Choxi this year and they all appear to be of good quality, were priced fairly, and shipped in a timely manner. Most shipping was free but even when paying for shipping it is capped at $2.00.
I've had nothing but good experiences from the time I started shopping at Choxi.com. I've enjoyed everything I've bought and the quality of the products makes me continue to come back and shop again.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
