A long sweater I ordered as a gift in what should have been the appropriate size had such small arm openings that only the smallest of women could find it a comfortable fit.
Shop at leisure... Customer service is friendly and effecient. I have bought a lot of things over the years, honestly, some didn't do so well as far as endurance, however overall I have been very with products, customer service and shipping.
I returned an item a week ago yesterday and was told I should have gotten my refund within a week, haven't received it as of today, will definitely check again tomorrow!
I have ordered from Choxi on a number of occasions and I have always been satisfied. The products are always of good quality and arrive within a reasonable amount of time. On the one occasion when I did have a problem with a shipment the customer service department bent over backwards to solve my problem.
Have had no issue's, ordered one thing I wasnt happy w/ the quality of & was given a credit on acct as well as kept product. Gave to homeless center along w/ some other items.
I accidentally ordered perfume three times. When I hit the submit button nothing happened. I checked credit card online the first time and no transaction was shown.the next day. So I ordered again. When I hit submit, again nothing happened. The third day I ordered and hit submit and received an order confirmation. Three bottles of the same perfume arrived, and I only have one girlfriend. Even though all sales are final, and that is posted, Choxi sent return labels and credited me for the two returned bottles of perfume.
I have ordered successfully a couple of times in the past week. Everything that I have ordered was above what I had thought it was to be. Will be ordering again.
I have been very satisfied with the products and service from Choxi. Products are excellent quality, especially the sheet sets. I have purchased a variety of products and all take a lot of wear. Customer service is excellent!. One product was not received and I sent and email to cs. I got a response that product no longer available, and given a credit. I will continue to shop with Choxi.

I have no problem with the products on the site, my only concern has been with prolonged delivery times and lack of communication. My latest purchase was very positive, notified and kept up to date on delivery, but I can't help but keep in mind, past purchases, that were severely delayed and then canceled by choxi.
What a nightmare to try and return anything. You never answer people for days to try and return items that are defective. Size 8 shoes are size 6
I only rated this 4 our of 5 because on this particular order one item took much longer to ship and was a little difficult to track down. However, I will continue shopping with Choxi becuase they are usually very quick to ship, have good prices and good merchandise. I ordered several times with NoMoreRack and haven't seen any problems.
This was ordered on the 17th of Nov. Shipped on the 24th but never received. It was never delivered to this address.

When buying be careful about the quality and the size, pretty often it's not what you expect, however customer service will help you to solve the problem without any grief.
I have ordered so many diverse items from Choxi (formerly NoMoreRack). I have always been more than satisfied with everything I have bought. I love the hours of free shipping, I wait for those, and everything arrives so fast! I know when I order a gift, it will be here in time.
Two of my orders were lost by way of the delivery system (UPS/USPS). Filling orders takes some time.
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
