My order came in a very timely manner, I was very impressed how quickly my order was filled and mailed out to me.
Only 2 items had Swarovski elements the other 3 were cheep crap you will get from a $. 50 gum ball machine at a grocery store. So much bad advertisement and lies.
So very much to choose from.
To me, the prices are very good!
I buy for great-nieces & nephews. Believe me, theres lots of them!

Overall I am happy with the pricing and items offered by CHOXI. What is driving me crazy, however, is the constant barrage of messages... Every time I open my email there are five or six new CHOXI ads! It is getting to the point that I may have to unsubscribe in order to get some relief. One ad a day is

This company has integrity and stands by their products
I needed a small bag to carry over-the-shoulder when I go to the casino. It leaves me hands free to play without a bulky purse. The small bag I ordered was perfect and came in the mail within a week of ordering. Very pleased with the construction and the ease of use. It is now one of my favorites. I love it.

I like this site very much, I just wish I understood the shipping order better. I love the choices offered, I can usually find something wonderful for everyone in my family and friends circle. And best of all, I can afford them. I'm on a limited budget, so I do appreciate the reasonable pricing. But again, I wish I understood the way the orders are broken up and sent so randomly. It gets very confusing when the e-mail says the order was delivered and only part of it actually was. It makes me stressed.

I have purchased several items from Choxi recently, and found them to be very good prices. I bought my daughter and her hubby a set of lovely towels that I know would be much more expensive in the stores. They were thick and soft. I know my daughter will love them.

Choxi partner shipped incorrect rings. I emailed Choxi & they arranged to have them returned. No hassle. Mistakes happen, but Choxi made the solution easy.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
