I've used Choxi several times (been a customer since they were NoMoreRack) and only once was less than satisfied with the product ordered. Wrote a negative review and within a day was contacted through email by customer service rep who wanted to make things right. They reached out to me, not me to them. Customer service like that is rare these days, I'll certainly continue to be a customer.
I ordered 4 items a month ago and have only received 2 of them. With 1 of the items, the packaging was so damaged it would have been unusable if it hadn't been boots. Customer Service was no help when I called to ask about my other items. Still waiting. Don't think I'll order again...
Did not receive multiple items I ordered and paid for. Took a very long time to resolve and i was not given my money back... just store credit. Do not order anything you really truly want from Choxi! Its hit or miss if you will actually receive it

Unfortunately, I placed an order for multiple toothbrushes and only received one and made various calls regarding the other toothbrush that was not delivered. Almost two months later I find out the other toothbrush can not be delivered due to terms of the company no longer having the quantity. Not very customer friendly
I have ten items pending delivery from my 6/22 and 6/29 orders. I have yet to receive a status as to when I will receive my goods.
Still waiting for product to ship 16 working days later 24 days since order. Way too long a time to wait for featured product on the day O ordered it to ship. The other part of my order and my other orders have never taken this long.

Ordering was easy, tho delivery on this item a little slow. Quality of item a little poor despite the low price - shoulder strap broke/ pulled out of hem first time worn, second time worn and one of the elastics across the bust unravelled.
Product ordered was exactly as described and a very reasonable price
I placed an order june 6,16. It is now july21st and waiting on the rest of my order. Not happy... the order was a birthday present for last wk..
Ordered 2 sets of sheets. One came within a week. Have not received the second set. Been almost a month.
This order as the last few has gone pretty easy. The problem Choxi has been having with my last few orders is they don't ship the item because they say they don't have it from manufacturer. 3 out of last 4 orders didn't make it to my door because manufacturer wasn't able to supply them.
I always get great quality items from Choxi. No complaints from me at all. I enjoy shopping there always.
Response was satisfactory and within a good time frame.
I purchased two items from this site only one item was shipped. I am still waiting on the other item. I hope it ships within this week or I get my MONEY back.
I ordered 2 things from Choxi and only received 1 of them. The item that has not come has never been shipped but I have already paid for it. I think Choxi should not have taken my money until the item had shipped. I was told by Choxi they are in contact with the manufacturer and they will let me know when item will be shipped. It is exactly one month today that the item has been purchased so all I can do is wait

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
