Didn't realize their policy on some items. Got something that was way too small and they wouldn't exchange it. Think before you buy!

These boots were exactly as described. I normally wear an 8.5 so ordered size 9 as suggested (no half sizes). Size 9 fit perfectly. The pile lining is thick and very warm. I rolled the top down a little for a cute look. Color is great. Ordered the chocolate brown for my daughter and she wears them practically everyday. They're very comfortable.

I ordered 2 perfumes as Christmas gifts. One arrived with no problem. The other arrived in a box with my name on the outside and an order that belonged to someone that lives in New York! I am still waiting for that issue to be resolved. I returned the wrong item but have NOT gotten the correct item. This was YOUR mistake NOT MINE yet I am the one without a Christmas gift.

The product don't always line up with the accompanying picture and description. I knew I was in trouble when I ordered a women's toggle coat and the mail tracker said it only weighed 1.1 pounds. Sorta like the pictures of tacos on the wall in a Taco Bell and the actual sandwich. (what happened to the meat?) But hey, for the price I keep coming back! :) Love the promptness of the deliveries.

Received two days earlier than expected - fabulous feel to the material. Nice to sleep on these sheets.
